Always courteous and professional and prompt. Love all the staff you feel like family and they always try to help. Highly recommend I have sent several patients to them. When I have an emergency they always work me in as quickly as possible. Dr. Shipp always takes time and care. They always get you in very fast if you have an emergency like I did the other day. Always wonderful.

Dr. Shipp and his staff are Awesome! They are all very professional and caring. My husband and I drive two hours just to make our dental appointments. We have actually been patients going to that office for twenty five years. Unbelievable! We just appreciate the great service and are thankful for having Dr. Shipp as our provider. Everyone keep up the good work!!!

Amazing staff and Doctor. Front end staff is so sweet when scheduling your visit. They hygienist is sweet as you can get and Dr Shipp is friendly and and knowledgeable. He takes wonderful care of his patients and I recommend him to everyone.

Very nice people! Dr. Shipp is very nice, cordial and GENTLE! All the Hygienists are wonderful and GENTLE! I've been there 3 times now and each time has been as exceptional as going to the dentist can be. 😁

I always have a great experience here. The staff is so nice and they have glassed in windows so you can watch the squirrels and birds. The glass is so clear it looks like you could just walk right through it. Dr. Shipp is very thorough and explains everything well. He is very nice and friendly.

Mr Shipp is amazing he took time from his weekend to come in and take care of my broken tooth. Everything went great. I have now found me a new dentist.

Hats off to my dental hygienist! She was very thorough but gentle. She had a couple of questions about something that could be happening and brought it to Dr. Shipp’s attention. She even remembered a major event that I had mentioned to her last visit and I was impressed!!! I love it that I made the decision to make Shipp’s Dentistry Family my Family!

I haven't been to the dentist in over 7 and half years, and when I finally made contact to come in, everyone was so nice and understanding. To helping setup an appointment and being sure my insurance was okay; they helped every step of the way. Dr. Shipp is extremely nice! You won't regret coming here! The entire team is superb!

I have always had a lot of anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist/getting teeth cleaned. This was my first visit to Dr. Shipp's office this morning and I couldn't have asked for a nicer staff. My hygienist and Dr. Shipp always ask me how things are going in my life, and they always remember things talked about in previous visits. It makes me feel special and very comfortable. They do a great job making you feel like more than a patient. And any procedures that I have ever had done there by Dr. Shipp are always painless and are over quickly. They are very time efficient and so nice. I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else!

I’ve been putting off finding a new dentist since moving to Columbus…..going to the Dentist is not my favorite thing to do. Dr. Shipp was recommended, so I gave his office a try this week. Always 5 stars for Dr. Shipp and his entire staff! They are really wonderful and Dr. Shipp does fantastic work. Everyone is so considerate and kind. I have unfortunately had to have extensive dental work in the past (and more to come) but I'm never nervous seeing Dr. Shipp. He uses the latest in technology, techniques and equipment, which means the work he does is durable and looks great.
