Very interesting delivering to the a store that’s being remodeled. Halfway in the unload forklift broke me and men jump back in the trailer and unload it . Job well done

Hello I had the best experience in the Columbus, Ms store. Aubrey helped me the entire time I was there. She took my items to the front because they were too big for the basket. She helped me get them in the car. She was happy, professional and so very helpful. She is what management material look like. I'm so pleased with the service I received. Maxx of Columbus, MS has a great variety of unique items for any member of your family or workplace. I have been a long time T.J. Maxx fan, and this location serves the name well. I have made many trips there this holiday season and find great, new items each time. The only issues I have found while shopping are either the amount of product in a small space or the crowd of people shopping in the store. After two days though, the items were re-arranged in a way that was much more navigable and aesthetically pleasing. The amount of shoppers also depends on the time of day/season too. So don't waste any more time searching the isles of other stores - T.J. Maxx offers an incredible variety of items at SUCH good discounted prices! As a college student myself, I find their selection to be more than worthwhile!

Had to get some dinnerware, pillows and doodads for my son's apartment while visiting him in Columbus, MS. He's too busy learning to fly jets to go get things for himself, so I and his brother took off TJ Maxx to help him out while he was going in to do an update and debriefing last Saturday morning. The girls working back in the home goods section were really engaging, helpful, and interested in showing us what they liked and thought we might like as well. Man, I love that enthusiasm! They knew our TJ Maxx in Montgomery had 2 levels and said they wished their store was bigger. I told them it may be bigger, but it's always a mess in the Montgomery store. In Columbus, everything was neat as could be and nicely displayed. Everything we were there to get, they helped us find with smiles on their faces. What a bonus! Our Montgomery store may be bigger, but it's always messy like no one takes pride in the store, and you're on your own there. If you ask for help, they huff and puff like you're putting them out or keeping them from taking their break, but that's pretty much the service you come to find in Montgomery, and "smiles" are virtually nonexistent. We'd just as soon drive to Columbus, MS to visit TJ Maxx in the future, then go to ours locally.

I love going here for great clothing styles at great prices! They have a good selection of household decor, kitchen accessories, and pet beds/toys. Clean, organized, friendly atmosphere.

I was amazed at the number of pet supplies this TJ Maxx has. I bought a harness for my little dog for $7. Next door at PetSmart they cost almost 30

Love the kitchen stuff. We buy alot of things from here. Just wish there was more of a women's plus size section of clothes

This place is great. Good deals on nice clothes. It's nice and clean; the staff are good as well. I usually pick this place first when I want to purchase new attire.
