I have relocated to Birmingham in the last year and was pleased to find my Internist/PCP here. She has been on top of everything!

I required information about a referral, and Deangelo, the Patient Access Coordinator, made the entire process seamless. He was pleasant, kind, proactive in addressing my concerns and overall provided excellent service.

Dr Moore has been our doctor for several years. I love her down-to-earth direct style. Self-care is crucial and she respectful of my knowledge of what works for me. love updated waiting area. The health portal is awesome. No more waiting on the phone. The streamlining of patient care is modern and respectful of of the patients time. We have received excellent care from Chelsey, NP, also.

Dr. Moore is an amazing doctor. She is open minded and willing to help. I went in the other day and she was running a little bit behind. I needed blood work before I could get my next prescription. I told Cameron I was a little crunched for time and he work hard to communicate with the head nurse to see if we could just do blood work and phone appointment. He got it done quick and Dr. Moore approved it. So thankful for this facility and all of the workers.

Excellent staff and astounding care I received yesterday. I was blessed with outstanding healthcare yesterday. Everyone was understanding and courteous. I feel God’s love on my life and health. Thank you taking SheRa and I in at your facility. SheRa is my service dog! Thank you for showing me Christianity in Healthcare. I feel blessed.

First, the staff at BIMA is awesome! They are super friendly and very eager to help you schedule or reschedule appointments. Not to say it doesn’t happen, but my wife nor I have ever had a billing issue. We both see Dr. Adam Carroll. Danielle, his nurse, is AWESOME and very quick to respond through the patient portal. I have no doubt that Dr Carroll has a genuine care for the patients he treats. I’ve never had a Dr take the time to get to know me so personally, and then to follow up on that knowledge on subsequent visits. Top Shelf Service!

This practice is absolutely top notch. Customer Service (care) is WAY above average and tops out at excellent for every visit I’ve made in the last 4 years at an average of two visits a year. Dr Smith particularly is consistently proficient in getting back to a patient when needed and the nurse practitioners on staff are the best in the entire Birmingham area. Period. Two thumbs way up. Just Absolutely Nothing to criticize about.

I’m one of those unfortunate people with tiny, hard to find veins so a simple, routine blood draw is a BIG deal to me! I get so nervous!!! Thank goodness CW was very familiar with "my type"! Not only did she find a vein right away but the whole ordeal was absolutely painless! She is such a sweet, positive, upbeat presence in the lab. She was as thrilled not to have to stick me again as I was! Praying she’s there every time I am! Thank you CW!

Dr. Moore is wonderful. I had to wait a little while for her to come in the room but it was worth the wait. She is understanding, kind and thorough. I am so glad I switched to this practice! Everyone in the office is nice and helpful. Altonice (AB) in the lab did a fabulous job of taking my blood. I barely felt it. I highly recommend this practice!

I had an excellent experience in the lab today. I was in and out in less than 15 min. C. W. drew my blood and got it the first time. My veins are very hard to find and it normally takes someone 3 tries. She got it on the first try and I didn’t feel a thing. I highly recommend her and this lab. Excellent service by all.

Dr Ann Bailey is the best practitioner I have ever had. She is acting, kind and compassionate and her team bend over backwards to allay your fears and nerves. She is a genuinely talented as a diagnostician and with a personality that exudes care and concern. No detail is ever to small to discuss with her and she is markedly patient. I have been to the top Drs in New York and no one is even close to her in competence and patience.

Dr. Cornelius Meadows M.D. is my designated Primary Care Physician who’s an in-network provider with BCBSAL. Can’t go wrong with this location/facility right off intersection of HWY-280/HWY 119 and their highly specialized healthcare team. Would highly recommend.

My technician was CW and she was excellent. Usually I have a lot of difficulty when getting blood drawn, but I was so impressed with her professionalism and her personality put me at ease while she worked her magic. She was finished before I could even get nervous. Thank you again for an outstanding experience!

Dr Smith is an excellent physician. He is a great listener and is truly focused on his patient. He makes you feel like you are his only concern of the day. I like the no hassle check-in process. I truly like the patient portal so I can ask a question or for a refill in the middle of the night and know that my question will be addressed the next morning. The portal always has lab results and consult notes available in a timely manner. I highly recommend BIMA.

My primary care that I had used for years decided to end his practice so I was in need of another PCP. My son was also in the same situation and we decided to transfer to this practice. I have had two visits here and my son has had three and our experiences have been very pleasant. The staff is friendly and the office seems to work efficiently at getting you through all the steps from check in, seeing the doctor, and labs. Highly recommend this office to anyone searching for a PCP.

I’ve been going to Dr Vickie for many years, she has always been a wonderful friend/ dr.
She takes care of me even though I’m a bit stubborn about medication.
My recent visit with Chelsea was quite pleasant and helpful.
Loved going to the lab this time and seeing that the receptionists were replaced with very pleasant and helpful people.

I do not take the time to leave reviews (good or bad) ever; however, I feel like this place is worthy of my time to show appreciation. I know everyone is aware of how difficult it can be to find an all around great physician now. If you want someone who is intelligent, HONEST, caring, and very accommodating then look no further than Dr. Meadows. He is one of the many doctors at this location so it is very busy, but if you use the portal app (USE IT!!.. it is both faster and more convenient for both doctor and patient) then I promise you will never be disappointed with your experience. I can look through and schedule my own appointments and also message Dr. Meadows with any questions or concerns I may have. He has always responded very quickly and made sure to cover all bases. As far as seeing him in office, he has never once taken more than 15 or 20 minutes (when I was running late for the appointment) to get back in the room. He also is different from most physicians in that he allows you to talk and get everything out on the table without interrupting. You do not feel rushed or like you’re being pushed out the door as I have with many other places. The receptionists are pretty friendly. I have seen multiple reviews saying otherwise, but I’m kind to them and they are kind to me in return and that is all I will say about that. I can’t express how much I appreciate the ease of dealing with this place. Consider it, please.

This was my first visit and the impression was outstanding. The staff is so warm and very professional. The doctor is very professional as well. Dr. Popescu and entire staff is amazing and I feel so like family. I love this practice.

Always a wonderful experience at Complete Health. I’ve been their patient for quite some time. Their practice is always forward thinking with their medical care and technology! A special shout-out to CW in the lab! She was awesome!

As I do every other week, I stopped into the area of BIMA on 119 where blood work and injections are provided to receive a shot. Ordinarily, there are two or three associates there to "sign in" the patients and administer the injections. It is quick and easy. However, today the operation was staffed by just one person, "C.W.", who had to handle reception and injections by herself. Apparently, the person scheduled to work with her could not make it in. To make matters worse, the area was teeming with patients waiting to be served. In any case, this sole associate handled everything in a most calm, professional and organized fashion. Her friendly personality and obvious efficiency kept the patients in a good mood and allowed them to be served very effectively. Hats off to this special lady!
