They did an amazing job. They got me the best deal for my tires and alignment and I am going back to have some more work done on my car. They won’t try and sell you something you don’t need and they tell you if you have more time on a part or not. I'm an old/returning customer to the Granite City store. Very glad to see a change of staff at this store! Wow-whatta difference Adriana has made after just two returning visits! My mind is at peace again having someone who cares enough to do a good job on my auto!

Other than taking longer than originally quoted. They did an awesome job. Got the tires I needed in a short time. And got everything changed out and made sure everything was good to go and safe. They were all friendly and had great attitudes. Very helpful. If I lived there, they'd have another full time customer.

Granite City location fixed Fairview Heights mistakes in a fast, professional matter. Definitely my go to from now on even though it's a farther drive. Definitely worth it!!!!

Derrick and Sean were very kind to me upon arrival and listening to my concerns about my vehicle. They got my vehicle done the same day I dropped it off and the cost was reasonable for what I had done to it. I want to thank them and anyone else involved in making my vehicle safe to drive. They did fantastic and it has never sounded better since I've had it. Definitely would recommend.

After popping a tire on a Friday night, CarX was able to get me in first thing the next day to get a new set of tires. I couldn’t have had a better experience, and Derrick was one of the friendliest individuals I’ve ever worked with in the customer service industry. They we super quick to get me in, and I had my car back within hours. 10/10 recommend!

Derrick gave excellent customer service as well as the mechanics. He made sure all was working properly the next day and was upfront on issues and cost. They were honest and did a great job taking care of my Ruby car (her name). This is the place to get your car service. Thank you.

I've been trusting Derrick and his team at the Granite location for almost 3 years. My best compliment is Derrick is honest. He and his team do what they're great at; and have told me a few times that my car troubles are outside of their scope & should take to a specialist. They didn't "experiment" and cost me hundreds before telling me. He was just straight-up.
I've never been disappointed in the 20+ visits over the years for my 3 cars.

No other shops in Granite City compare to Car-X. Period. Derrick & his staff always make sure my car is SAFE to drive (unlike other shops I've been to in GC). They explain everything thoroughly. The service is always complete in a timely manner. The professionalism & positive attitudes at Car-X led me to believe that they really care about their customers. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I definitely would.

The manager Derrick Brooks is awesome he is very organized cares about the customers. I trust him and he is very honest. I also think the whole staff does a great job. They get you in and out as quickly as possible.

Went in the day before Easter with a busted tire. I went in knowing that my tires were old so I decide to just replace all 4 of them at the same time. The pricing was reasonable and comparable with 4 tires coming in at just under $1k with a 2 year warranty. They provided financing options as well with 6 months no interest which is nice. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. I was in and out with my new tires in a little over an hour. Nothing bad to say about this shop, I'll definitely consider it in the future for my car repair needs!

They fixed the tire on my work van, only took about 20 minutes. Excellent service

The team here is awesome! They work together and are polite to the customers. They are respectful and every time i come they try to accommodate me to the best of their ability. I am pleased with my services here! David was awesome and helpful with my service

The manager, Derrick, and his team are consistently professional and pleasant. They checked my battery and determined there was no need for replacement. They did not attempt to sell an unnecessary product. I have been going to this shop for several years for repairs big and small.

I went in here this morning in tears. Two engine warning lights on, no appointment. Derrick and the other employee (David?) took a look underneath my vehicle and pointed out a transmission leak. Advised me to go to dealership. Topped off my empty oil for no charge. They're honest and you won't leave there more upset or stressed than when you came in. Great customer service as well as honest explanation of the issues.

Derrick and his team have kept me in good hands since I moved here from out of town a few years back! Definitely keeps it real and will get you well taken care of
