What a wonderful place! Excellent breakfast. I happily watered down my coffee and no one even judged me for it too harshly! I'm glad to see this place fosters such an accepting environment.

An incredible stay, and an incredible breakfast! I actually stayed only for the breakfast (free). The music reminded me of my brain tumor, and the food reminded me of happy breakfasts sitting around a table with family.

Fabulous hotel and David the concierge was a true delight. Very hospitable and always had hot coffee. Give that man a raise!

This location is within less than 10 minutes to UAB campus. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Ms. Tracy , Ms.Tiffany and Ms.Charm are amazing and work very hard to make sure your stay is great. Also upon arrival there were fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and coffee was great at 4pm.

The staff was awesome! Rosie and Tracie were friendly, accommodating and professional. The breakfast provided a variety of hot and cold choices. Location enabled me to move around the city with ease and convenience. I will definitely stay at this hotel in the future!

A very standard Hampton Inn experience, and not in a bad way. It’s everything you need, and no extra frills. The pool was also very clean, despite being outdoors. Everything was well kept.

We had a good stay here. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. You can buy snacks in the lobby and they are very affordable unlike a lot of hotels. Also they had coffee any time instead of just in the morning.

My family and I loved this hotel! We stayed 5 nights and felt very refreshed. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! We just adored Miss Rosie! She was so hospitable. The breakfast was top notch! They also have a nice gym! The surrounding area was clean and lots of shopping! If you come to Birmingham for travel this is the place to stay!

The hotel staff was awesome. Mia, front desk employee, was very accommodating and professional. She had a beautiful smile and was very engaging. Everyone I came in contact with made me feel right at home. The hotel was clean and sanitized. I liked having the wrapper on the remote control. The bed was so comfortable. My husband rarely sleeps through the night, without tossing and turning. However, on Saturday night he slept like a baby! Keep up the great job!

Charmaine at the front desk was a delight and helped me have one of the best stays I have had in the city thus far. 10/10 service and accommodations will recommend to mu friends and colleagues!

We did not stay here for this family visit, but have stayed here previously. But what makes the difference are the employees! Kudos to them. The day we were leaving I tested positive for Covid so had to cancel. They sympathized. Also had a room for nephew & his 3 sons, arranged easily for us to pay for that without us being there. Then later the same day, one of the kids got sick so had to cancel second room. They helped us through this as well & were so kind. People make all the difference, we wil stay here whenever visiting. Give your employees a raise.

Really enjoyed my stay. It was so conveniently located near the cute Mountain Brook Village and the attendants/clerks were friendly. I would come back. One suggestion: lease consider a microwave and fridge in the hotel rooms. I brought my cooler, so it did the trick, but we had to make a few trips down to the lobby to re-heat leftovers. 😇

Everything is as it should be for this price point except they don't have fridges in the rooms. Rooms are clean. Breakfast has some hot items - waffles, biscuits, eggs, and bacon. Coffee was good.

This hotel is a very nice, cozy, and convenient hotel. The staff is very helpful and fast. My sister went to Samford University and we used this hotel 95% of the times we visited her over the past four years and it has always been a pleasant stay. It is the perfect distance from where all the restaurants and movie theaters and stuff are and is a good enough distance to where it is out of the way and quiet at night. The rooms are a good size and are always clean and the bathrooms are a good size depending on the amount of guests. I highly recommend this hotel!

Nice, casual hotel! The staff is friendly & professional; the hotel is comfortable & clean. It has a small gym, pool & 'business center' with a computer & printer. Breakfast is served every morning from 6:00-10:00. They have a great variety: eggs, sausage or ham, cereals, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, breakfast pastries, toast & fresh waffles. And the staff is very accommodating; they'll help you with anything you need. The rooms are modern & super clean & the beds are very comfortable with lots of pillows & a soft, fluffy duvet. Great place for R & R, even though there's no spa or massage services. There's also no bar area. But still a great place to stay!
