Bella Terra RV Resort

Luxury park for sure. Great amenities and the perfect location to the ocean.. orange beach is the closest (to my knowledge) and it’s beautiful.. back to Bella Terra, the grounds are beautiful and very tropical feeling. Perfectly manicured bushes and trees placed specifically…. A lovely pond right in the middle and if you’re lucky like we were you can get a spot right up to it.. we had at our pad a super covered kitchen and living area - I also love how everyone has something or they don’t but it all matches! Either way- yall won’t be disappointed to go here.. and they have KARAOKE :) .. it’s a locked gate- key card to get in.. that’s nice. No late arrivals. That’s nice too..

Bella Terra is absolutely amazing! My family and I stayed here for the first time this year but I can assure you it will not be the last! The staff, guests, location, amenities, safe and secure environment...I could just go on and on. This is where you want to be! The only thing I don't like is leaving. Thank you Bella Terra!

Just love Bella Terra RV Park. Have probably stayed here at least 10 times over the last 13 years. This last trip convinced me it was time to buy. There is no other park that I feel as comfortable as I do at Bella Terra. Everyone staff and guest are super friendly and helpful. It's a great place to get away and enjoy the quite while still being able to pop over to Gulf Shores or Orange Beach and enjoy the beach and activities.

Next level Class A resort. Large lots, quite and we'll manacured.

Very clean, well-maintained park. The office staff were welcoming and helpful. The only disappointment was the lack of wifi. This was definitely a community. Neighbors were friendly. Beautiful resort!!

We stayed at a beautiful lot facing the lake. The grounds are immaculately kept. We were given a tour of the resort and are considering purchasing a lot here. The lot owners were gracious enough to leave us with instructions on how to best operate the fire pit and such. The lot had a screened gazebo with comfortable furnishings and an outdoor tv. This beautiful resort is located within a short drive to many restaurants and stores. I am looking forward to visiting again.

Love Bella Terra. It is a beautiful Motor Coach Resort in the Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Foley area of Coastal Alabama. Close to white sandy beaches, OWA Amusement Park, and lots of restaurants plus shopping.

Beautiful resort... We enjoyed staying here for 4 days in a 43' motorhome. We were evacuating from Central Florida. Caroline, many thanks, was able to accommodate us and three other neighbors escaping Hurricane IAN. Check-in was easy and the staff was very friendly and efficient. We had a concrete level back-in site (#304), FHU with a picnic table. The resort is big-rig friendly with a clubhouse and pool and the grounds are manicured. There is a very nice Doggy-Park and poop bags are provided. Good Sam Discount. Good ATT reception. Free cable with many channels but snowy reception. Great location to explore Gulf Shore beaches. Lambert's restaurant is 2.5 miles away as well as numerous other restaurants. Easy access from I-10 on the Beach expressway. We’ve been here before and enjoyed our stay. Great location to use as a home base and we will return in the future when in the area. We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Had another amazing stay for memorial day 2020 and my wife's 50th birthday (don't tell her I told you her age). Always amazing here. We know we'll see y'all soon!

Always an amazing stay. Such beautiful grounds and amazing folks. We can't wait to come back. The office staff is always so nice and we meet the greatest people at the pool or around the "neighborhood".

We enjoyed our stay very much. The community is clean and has organized activities. The pool is not heated but the spa was perfect! It's about a 20 minute car ride to beach.

I cannot say enough about every aspect of this park. The people all go the extra mile, and the park is one of the best in the country. Yes all the residents are very nice and engaging. We even participated in the karaoke - hosted by a resident who loves to do it and has a great voice.

We have RV'ed for many years and this is hands down the most top rated RV Resort we have ever stayed at. Nicole and all the other office staff is super friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The Resort is breath taking and all the lots are beautiful. We have already made reservations to come back in October and December. We are seriously considering purchasing a lot in the future. We can't wait to get back!

As an owner here since early in phase one, this is an outstanding Class A RV resort for this area. The staff is extremely helpful and the resort helpers are right behind them, getting the job done and making sure you are accommodated. The quality, and upkeep, and overall maintenance of this resort is top-notch. It is an excellent location to bring in your coach and have a relaxing stay. Nice, quiet, and very, very chilling.

Great resort! A true class A gated resort with beautiful grounds, lots of amenities, weekly events, friendly folks and amazing staff. If you travel in a class a coach and haven't been here, you need to try them out.

This place is so fantastic we are considering purchasing our own slip. I don’t have anything critical to say except I wish it was a bit closer to the beach. We will be back as they were wonderful host!

The facility in total was beautifully landscaped and maintained. Each RV site was level, concrete and painted. Each had picnic tables and grills and many had cabanas. There were four reasonably priced laundries inside the gated area. The staff was pleasant as well as helpful. Great time there.

Very nice resort. The pool area, clubhouse, bath/laundry areas are very clean. Staff very friendly. RV lots are well furnished. Definitely all go back

Lots of green space. Great lake views. Friendly staff. Meticulous landscaping. Club house is large . Lots of events. 2 great dog parks. Quiet atmosphere but half a mile from Hwy 59 which has one of every store and restaurant in the known universe.

Very nice hi end RV resort with ownership opportunities. Beautiful clubhouse with gym, dry sauna, Movie theater, bar dining space for functions, huge infinity pool & more. The basic sites are very nice and just get better. Lakefront sites, wooded sites (back up to trees) and some with small to huge outdoor kitchens. Ownership options allow for building out a small building to suit your needs. Bath houses/laundry seem clean and new with one sporting a dog washing station. Highly recommend if visiting the area for a weekend, a month or an entire season. Compared to Fl where we live prices in local area seemed very reasonable for restaurants, etc.

Very nice upscale park. Easy entrance and departure. Well laid out with plenty of room to get around. Pads we flat and even. Lots of shrubs and plants to give you a little privacy.
