OWA Parks & Resort

This place is amazing my kids had a blast there are enough rides on both theme park and water park side for kids and adults of all ages. Employees are very friendly not one negative thing to say about this place. Restrooms were clean. Would recommend going soon as it open to avoid standing in a long line. Tickets and food are kind of pricey but it is worth every dime. There is also an arcade and if you choose to you can give your little one a party there. Plenty of souvenir shops and other stores nearby.

We pulled in just to look. Everything was closed but it was good to see what kinds of things are there so we can come back. Was impressed with all the shops, restaurants, and amusement park they had. The whole place was decorated beautifully for fall. It was so enjoyable to walk around and take everything in. Murder Creek Distillery was open and that was a very fun experience to see the different moonshines the company makes. I can wait until next year to go to Tropical Falls. This place is super cool!

Took my son who is 8yo for a few hours yesterday. We had a blast. He rode almost every ride. Next time we will try out the water park part. All staff were great.

The restrooms were absolutely amazing. Super clean.

Went with out of town family, my 1st time there. Good to go and check out the layout. The snacks were very expensive, chicken tenders, flat n dry. They use the same dull looking cheese for nachos, pretzel bites and chicken. Not very appealing or tasty. The desserts, ice cream ect, is over in the small kids rides.

Had a wonderful time with our four grandsons aged 5-9.
Very friendly staff and pristine property.
Our 5yo was having a tough time dealing with the rides until a ride operator by the initials AJ, calmed his fears and reassured him that he would be just fine on the ride. He saved the day for us as the boy did just fine after that. All smiles for the rest of the day!!

Great place to visit if you are in Orange Beach or Gulf Shores! There are always festivals, if you go to fireworks displays, this is the place! Don't stay at the beach, go to OWA! enjoy the shops, cafes and the place! A very good free parking lot

It was actually pretty quiet and peaceful but it was almost 8pm on Superbowl Sunday. Took a stroll down the streets of OWA just to see what stores were there and which ones were "coming soon". Decided to end the tour at Cozumel Bar and Grill which was very good, service was great and no complaints from me.

We all had a blast!! I had a question about getting weighed on a slide, and the employee told me to ask this young lady, that was there enjoying her day. I found out she is a manager there named Lauren. She was very kind, knowledgeable, professional, gracious, and helpful. I asked her questions throughout the day, and she was always willing to help. She went above and beyond on her day off. I called her my "go to girl". I was a business owner for years, and employees like her are very good for your business. Thank you Lauren for all your help!!!

Really cute little "town/shopping" area! Great Moonshine establishment 😁!! Did not go on rides or do any of the activities. Quite a few shops were not open, as well. Really a neat place.

Small but mighty. My family and I had a wonderful day at OWA. Would love to see OWA expand as there is room for it. With that said, the waterpark was a lot of fun. The concept of an indoor water park is phenomenal. Rain or shine. We walked through the amusement park. That really wasn't for us. And there aren't many rides. But still not bad for a small park. We really enjoyed walking around the city walk and lake. That was absolutely peaceful and beautiful. Would love to come back at night and during events. The staff was more than helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed ourselves and already planning to go again.

Super clean I went on the off season in mid March so it looks like it gets busy. So if you go in the off season there are no crowds.

Great place or kids and adults. They have tropic falls indoor water park and like 22 rides and a variety of places to eat, drink and shop.

Place is awesome! Had my son’s 13th birthday there today. They were super accommodating and made me feel like I got a great value. We had a ton of fun in the indoor water park. The amusement rides were a thrill! We had 17 people in our group and our server Bailey made sure we were fully taken care of at all times. I would highly recommend Owa to anyone who is hosting an event and wants a lot of bang for their buck.

Tropic falls was great. The kids absolutely loved it. The one downside was the price of the food and drinks i would not buy from them twice. It is well worth the six+ hr. trip from Memphis. I will be going back soon

Beautiful park and venue! It reminds me of the early days of Disneyland in California. An Indoor Water Park for year-round fun! World-class amusement rides! Nice restaurants and entertainment! Highly recommend the Balloon Festival.

Great place for a mix of fun in the water and amusement park rides. Can get a bit crowded inside but plenty of room to walk around. Lockers are in the water park area and park entrance that syncs up to your wristband.

This was my first time going and I have to say my family and I didn't want to leave. My 1-year-old and 16-year-old had so much fun. There was so much to do and see. For a family of 4, it was $256.00 that was with tax. 3 and under is free. You can leave and come back that same day as long as you have your wristband. There are fair type games to play, rides, and amazing water areas. If you get hungry and can afford it, there are several restaurants inside. If you need cheaper food, you can leave, and McDonald's is not far. They even have birthday party options.
I am looking forward to going back!

Loved this water park. Bathrooms are clean and smell good. They're not hot. Plenty of space to change.

For a fun filled day for everyone in the family, go to the OWA Amusement park located on hiway 59N in Foley Alabama. They recently open the indoor water slide park and it was wonderful! The outdoor portion is currently being built and will open soon. Admission for adults for a day pass is $63 and that includes your entry to the entire park and water park. A very good value for a full day’s entertainment. They also offer season passes, senior discounts, and non-rider passes. Many shops, restaurants, and a variety of entertainment. Today we went for the water park and roller coasters and had a blast! Friendly staff, clean and safe amenities, ample parking and wheelchair accessible. The water park itself has food, beverages, cocktails, locker rentals, changing rooms, bathrooms, showers, and gift shop should you want a souvenir or need to buy swimwear. Parking is free and so is the main entrance to shops and eateries. Open year round. You can purchase tickets on line for a slight discount or at the gate.
