This place was so fun and the staff are so kind! I wish I had gotten the girls name who helped me because she was so kind and helpful. She wrapped up a gift for my dad so nice and pretty for no extra charge, and she let me smell all the bath bombs and gave me helpful suggestions with scents. She also put a business card in the bag and let us know we could order online since we are from out of state. I can’t say enough nice things about this store!

I live in Arkansas, but love stocking up when we visit. The only problem I encountered was selecting which scent I want! I love so many of them, and the fact they are made with essential oils and not full of toxins, is a plus. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable of the store product. Nice organized store. The soap and scents were just not for me. They all smelled really bad in my opinion but it may have been my sense of smell.

I absolutely love this store and their products. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I use them frequently and tell everyone to go and I get all of my soaps and bath bombs I also get amazing gifts there for family and friends.

I love your product and don't get to shop too often so i buy several items when I do. Unfortunately tonight (due to covid) they required masks. I did not have one and did not know I would be stopping by to need one. When I entered the shop there were no customers. The young lady working greeted me and asked if I had a mask. I told her I did not and began to tell her why and she cut me off and stated, "Well, if you don't have a mask, you can't shop here." I felt very embarrassed I even stepped foot inside. Needless to say I turned and left. Was not the positive visit I was used to. There was even a sign on the door that stated "See inside for complimentary face covering." She could have easily explained to me that they were out of the complimentary face coverings; Apologizeed that it was the new rule for now. Something other than coming across that my buisness was not appreciated. Don't think I will be back for a while. Still 5 stars because I love the product.

LILY was so kind and knowledgeable... helped me pick up a nice shaving kit for my son. She even showed him how to use the products. Loved the customer service provided and the store is so clean.

Enjoyed shopping here! Friendly and helpful staff. Bought more than I planned at the time, but wished I had bought more after it was all used up! Cant wait until we get to visit again!

Friendly staff, bubbly atmosphere, and overall just a fun place to shop. Everything smells super nice, and reasonably priced.

Great scents and Customer Service!

I'm not sure who picked the selection of soap scents at this store but they need to get their nose checked. I gagged at half of the sample table when I walked in. They were awful. I knew I was about to embarrass myself if I sniffed one more awful scent so I walked out. You guys make some good smelling soaps because I have bought some but this store doesn't have any to select from anymore that I could find. The selection definitely needs to be changed.

Rude employees. Not hygiene concerned. Won’t accept certain masks and do not offer masks even though they have signs that say they will. Have continued to be rude after posting negative reviews. Have samples sitting out that people including myself are able to just stick their hands in instead of offering to provide sample.
