I wish I could give it zero stars because I’ve never been to a government building and get treated so rudely, I’ve never met another set of people so rude or rather RACIST in my life… the receptionist is the worst human being I’ve ever dealt with in Gulf Shores…. Sad to say but she shouldn’t be working in a government building if she’s going to be so blatantly racist/rude, like that’s crazy.

The reputation of the people that work here, especially the Magistrate Lisa, live up to their reputation of being completely rude. I understand they have their process of how they go about things, but giving cryptic, one sentence responses with no explanation nor a shred of respect is not how you treat people. I tried to respectfully address concerns with their process and how I did not appreciate being treated rudely. I did so without the use of raising my voice, showing anger, nor using profanity. However, I was met with some bulldog who ran to the front of the office and threatened to have me escorted out. I've been treated with more respect throughout all 6 years during my time as an Army Airborne Infantryman then I did the 5 minutes that I was in their office. They will talk down to you, and treat you like the lesser human they perceive you to be. They need to do better.

Usually when you park in handicap there is no charge for parking. Very upset to find that I was charged a $25 fee for a $5 ticket. There were no signs and it was my first time at the beach. The magistrate was very rude and unconcerned. I will not come back to this town again.

I know I made a crime in my past that makes you no better then me don’t be rude to me and hang up !

Not sure if the lady who answers hates her job or just hates people but she is rude and is absolutely not help. She treats people as if they’re idiots

The woman who answers the phone is very tactless and blunt, and was not kind nor helpful with my call.

The judge is a bad man so remember to vote him out.. on the next election.

Just as rude as any other government office. no help whatsoever.
