Absolutely love Morningstar Storage! The staff at the Alabaster location are amazing. They patiently answered all of our questions. The facility and grounds are very well maintained and our storage unit is perfect!

Clean, well lit facility. You can tell it is well taken care of. Instructions were clear on the mobile check-in option.

Thank you to the Morningstar from Corporate Headquarters to our local Pelham, Alabama team led by Chadman Porter. I have personally used this Morningstar location for my move to Alabama in the past and was very pleased. I asked if a non-profit could get a donation of some storage space. Mr. Porter, explained the requirements and assisted me in filling out the paperwork. He gave me a tour for the facility and now the Missing In America Project Alabama has much needed storage to assist in our mission of locating, identifying and interring the unclaimed remains of Veterans in a national or state Veterans Cemetery. I was very impressed on all aspects with this company so far. I was greeted warmly and treated with respect upon creating my account. I was given all instructions and any information I wanted to know. The next day I took things to my unit and I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the place and the security. Although I don't plan to use my unit for TOO long... (but we all know how that goes) I look forward to telling friends and family about the great experience.

Have had a great experience here. Michelle was always so friendly and encouraging, but professional, too. The units were clean and well maintained. But more than that Michelle really cared about our family and the things we stored there. I appreciated her personal touch. I wouldn't hesitate to come back when I need a place again!

The code box on the gates need to be fixed. They shock you every time you leave, it is very frustrating. The truck that is advertised as a benefit has been in the shop for over two months and unavailable.

I was with Morning Star for almost a year. From start, middle and finish, they were by far THE greatest company! Their customer service is out of this world. They truly make you feel like family. They keep you abreast with any pertinent information... I mean, they honestly care about each and every person.
The facility is amazingly clean... AMAZINGLY clean and if you ever need anything they are more than willing to accommodate you.
This was my first experience with renting a storage unit and I would not want to rent anywhere else.

I highly recommend this specific facility!!! Michelle is the most wonderful person/manager ever!! From my first call to her until the last box was moved she helped in so many ways!! From setting up use of their truck to move in to offering water/coffee when I moved in & out!! My daughter & I especially enjoyed the wrapping party at Christmas!! Michelle provided “everything” we needed to wrap all our gifts along with waters, hot chocolate or whatever we needed!! Absolutely will use this facility again should the need arise!!

This was my first experience in renting a storage unit. Ms. Lisa was extremely helpful and we enjoyed chatting with her. I didn't feel rushed or have any questions that she was not more than happy to answer. Once we decided we wanted to rent a unit all of the paperwork was a breeze. I would definitely recommend using Morningstar Storage (Alabaster) for your storage and/or moving needs.

Enjoyed the easy and safe access to storage facilities, as well as the short distance moving truck made available to customers. The "pay-it-forward" lock loaner for veterans and first responders was a special bonus. The personnel is extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this facility!

Best customer service! We got a small unit to start with then moved to a larger then got a second unit and they helped so much by trying to keep them close to each other! The provided carts and truck are by far the BEST thing we didn't know we needed! So glad I found them!! Highly recommend this place if you need storage of any kind! Not just the friendly staff but the secure units as well!

I recently purchased a unit to store my things in between homes.While the lovely manager Michelle was helping me a very rude customer interrupted my transaction.Michelle behaved eloquently and she handled the customer with grace. She was very kind and very helpful and made an uncomfortable situation very pleasant I enjoyed the experience of coming there.

Both Lisa and Michelle were top notch! Very helpful, informative, and this place is clean with easy access. You won't find a better storage unit; they have each and every size available. My fiance and I are storing here for three months while we're waiting for our house to be finished. Will use them anytime in the near future! *Michelle gets your sarcasm, so use it a lot! :)

The staff at Morningstar were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The facility was clean and even had art hung throughout. Having the art on the walls helped me navigate my way around to my unit. Very thoughtful!

Morningstar Storage in Alabaster is a great gated storage facility. You can enter 24/7, which is great for us people that work. They also have a truck that you can use for 4 hours free. It is clean and well kept. The office staff is knowledgeable about the rental business, which is great if you have any questions.

A gem of a storage place, starting with its' Property Manager, Mrs. Michelle Roberts. Her helpful, understanding and knowledgeable demeanor, makes the whole securing a storage space process easy and painless. Facilities are impeccably clean, well maintained and easily accessible.
