Phenomenal library and facility! It's warm, restful, and filled with diversified activities and abundant resources - along with a responsive and dedicated staff!

24/7 wifi, very organized and clean. The librarians are very nice and really seem to care about the library and it’s community. There are computer stations to use and you can print out anything you need. There is something for the whole family here

Getting a library card was fast and easy. Very friendly and helpful staff. The technical support for putting e-books on my Kindle was superb. Best in class. Highly recommended.

I came from a larger and newer library in Germantown TN that I loved. I was concerned about this library since it is so much smaller, but I've found good books to read and everyone here is just as helpful and accommodating as my previous library. I've been going every 2 weeks since March and my experiences have been great. I really appreciate everyone there.

This library is phenomenal (and I write this as a municipal library employee in a city of 1.3 million). The collection is large considering the catchment, and items from elsewhere in Baldwin County are easy to place holds on for free and they arrive promptly. I also appreciate that there is not a fanaticism for weeding, which means that there's a great inventory of older material on the shelves, as well as very current books. The DVD collection is extensive, and there's a big collection of puzzles to borrow. The patio outside with Adirondack chairs is lovely, the staff are friendly and helpful, and honestly, it would be hard to improve upon this library.

This is an amazing library-----the staff make you feel right at home. They are friendly & extremely helpful. They will quickly help you find what you are looking for & offer so much valuable insight!

The library is designed and maintained in such a way that will allow you to come in, relax & know that your needs will be met. If you are in a hurry, they efficiently help you be on your way. If you want to browse or settle in with a good book or have some computer time-----this is the place to be!

Great library, with incredibly friendly staff! Quiet enough to be able to go in and work remotely.

It's a small library with a wonderful staff. Don't plan to study there, though. The snowbirds like to hang out here, and as they are hard of hearing, they also aren't always a quiet bunch. Vacation visitors can check out books here (with limits), but some other privileges are saved for permanent residents. Check the website for hours. They close early on some days. As a resident you can check out books from all over Baldwin County. It's a valuable asset and need in our community.

New Gulf Shores resident. Friendly staff, practicing covid safety, easy registration. Needed to use computer access to print ($2.10 total) since my ink ran out and can't find in stock locally. I look forward to my next visit!!

This little library is fantastic quiet the staff is extraordinary really helpful the location is right off of Highway 59 it's very cute very kid friendly and the perfect place to pick up a book because they do tourist / visitor's library cards which makes things so awesome because you can check out a book and return it the same week even if you're on vacation.

The library offers so much to the community, in addition to giving us access to books located in all the libraries in the county.

I love these people that work here. I've known them for years. Very helpful, friendly, and knowlagable.

Needed to print documents off my phone and it was very easy and convenient here!
