Starbucks

I drop into this location occasionally to order food and I have never had any issues. Everyone has always been really fast and efficient. I am writing today because on Friday I visited to buy a new mug. I needed to replace one that I damaged. I was thinking I was still in time to get the 50%off they offered for the holidays. However the deal ended on December 25th and I came in on the 29th. I was so disappointed. I explained this to the young cashier I did not get his. He was young and blonde I think. Anyway, he took the time to help me find a cup that was still on their mark down list. I was so so happy and I appreciated the customer service so much ! They are always kind but this was over the top! Thank you ! I added a picture of my cup so that hopefully he will remember me. I won't forget him and his kindness. I didn't order any food that day but I haven't had anything so far that I didn't like.

This location is terrific. I visited on Christmas Eve. They were slammed, but that didn't stop them from giving excellent service. Lin was awesome! She was really sweet and made a really great chicken sandwich. Will definitely go back.

Standard Starbucks and good service. We stopped to get coffee and use the facilities. One of the better Starbucks in regards to accessibility. Two large wheelchair accessible tables and a large bathroom. The toilets did not automatically flush and everything was clean.

A drive-through coffee place? All the way from Seattle? Where has this been all my life? All joking aside, you know what you are getting here and this location doesn’t drop the ball. What does set them apart though is their customer service. Every time we have had the pleasure of stopping here we have had a memorable interaction. Pleasantries, witty remark, or just good old genuine concern for customers are just a few that come to mind. Keep on, keeping on!

I didn't catch the name of the batista who was doing it, but one of them consistently and frequently would call out the names of the orders for those they were working on. It's a somewhat simple thing to do, but it makes such a huge difference! It let's customers know there order wasn't forgotten about and gives an idea of where they are in queue. You can practically see the the ease it's puts in the waiting customers' faces when they hear the list being said, informing them their order didn't get lost or if it's coming out soon.

I was on my way home from some sightseeing and needed an ice cold coffee, and this was close to I-10. I was able to get in quickly, get my beverage and get on my way. Quick service!

Very nice location. Fast and friendly service. White chocolate macadamia cold brew, mocha cookie crumble frappachino, sausage egg and bacon wrap, tomato mozzarella panini. Awesome.

I have always loved going to this Starbucks bc the people are so friendly and very helpful. I love the new renovations. I wish I knew the name of the person who took my order tonight because we always have the best conversation and always so friendly. I am always so sad when I have to go to another Starbucks because the eastern shore store is my FAVORITE. They make every drink to perfection and are beyond friendly. I love them so much!!

I’m traveling from FL to TX and it was raining so I needed coffee.
The cashier was amazing she was patient with my order also she talk Spanish that help me explaining my unusual order.

The server was very attentive, thanks for everything.

Very friendly staff who make sure your order is correct. They genuinely felt happy to be working together and at this location making the atmosphere enjoyable. The togo hot food was packed together while the cold food is packed separately.

Love it when they have this collectibles Mug ready at the front register. I got my ALABAMA.. looking forward to the next state ..

Got my go to....a Chai tea made with steamed apple juice. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was it wasn't very hot and the Chai flavor was weak. Had to ask for an extra pump of Chai, which they graciously did.

We had the best drivethru experience tonight with the best barista ever. Our 2 dogs were with us & she gave us a "puppachino" for both of them, as well as making our customized drinks perfectly!

Shout out to the cashier/barista yesterday “Lilith” I believe it said on the apron. Your smile and friendliness is contagious! It was so busy yesterday, but your smile never faltered. The coffee was delicious as usual, this is our favorite Starbucks to visit.

I stop in your store twice a week when traveling between homes. I have to commend you and your team for their great attitude and commitment to providing the highest level of service. I am usually passing through Spanish Fort in late after noon on a Friday and mid day on Sundays. Both times of day are pretty busy and your team gets people in and out quickly while still taking the time for a chat.

I have been in countless Starbucks in Manhattan, Atlanta, Seattle, San Francisco, LA, Palm Springs and Toronto. Your team is by far in the top teams for diversity in all those major cities. I even spent a winter season working at a Starbucks in Niagara Falls NY. Given your location in southern Alabama, that is a HUGE success and as their leader, you deserve to be recognized for such an accomplishment.

I would like to personally thank Spanish Fort Starbucks! You are always slammed busy and still find a way to make me and everyone else in this town or passing through a coffee. Today may be the busiest I’ve ever seen it. Your employees were working so hard! I was overwhelmed just watching them try to keep up! Making drinks as quickly as possible to please the 30+ people in the lobby and the line wrapped around the building. I just want you to know that this girl appreciates you! In a time where it is so hard to find people to even work, you are killing it! Shout out to the manager and all the staff! Great job!!!!
