Cafe Beignets of Alabama GS

My husband and I had an order of beignets and coffee. They were delicious! The man who cooked the beignets was so nice and funny. The lady who took our order was also very nice. We will keep this place in mind when we go on vacation, again. There was local art on the walls. I like helping out local artists.

Very small shop but, exactly what we like!! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the beignets were hot and fresh. And, the were ready so fast!! We got an order of filled beignets to share because they are large beignets but, if you have a big appetite, one could totally tackle these on their own! ( And, since they are so delicious, no one would blame you for not sharing! )

I went in here with my grandfather yesterday morning and we had a good time! The beignets are very tasty and filling and the chocolate sauce is good as well. The staff was so kind and chatty. We love supporting local businesses. I wish they offered more dipping sauces and any kind of substantial food, because they really only offer coffee, beignets, and muffins which aren’t filling long term.

Ok, I might be biased, or not. I love everything Alabama. But this little hidden gem serves exquisite, hot sugary, pillowy delectable beignets! Yumm! The gentleman who greeted me made my morning with his broad smile, the service was excellent and i will be back soon.

Super friendly staff and amazing beignets! The coffee was awesome too! Worth a visit for sure! I've been to cafe du monde and the coffee and beignets here were better! The staff was super quick and friendly as can be!

Cozy and inviting but in a strip mall. Busy but fast. Friendly staff “would you like beignets, beignets or beignets” funny right? The pudding filled are amazing with chocolate drizzle.

Beignets was ready fast. The worker was helpful. The beignets were delicious.

We got two orders to go and had a short drive to our condo. They were still hot and delicious. The lady that took my order was very friendly and the order was ready very fast. Will for sure add this to the list of things we have to do when in Gulf Shores!

We had a delicious muffin that was hot with butter on it, and the pudding filled beignets. They are huge and messy, but so so delicious! The staff was also very nice and welcoming! I highly recommend going if you are at the beach!

Cafe Beignets was a great little place, the guy working was super nice and funny. The Beignets were great especially the ones filled with vanilla and covered in chocolate, glad we found it while in town.

Beignets were delicious! Highly suggest going in and getting them fresh! The service was great, and the employee/owner were extremely friendly. Highly recommend, and we hope to return one day!

Never had a Beignets before until last Sunday when I was wanting a cup of coffee on my way back from Walmart. Happened to see Cafe Beignets and stopped in for a coffee. The staff enticed me into ordering a Beignet and since I had 11 in our party, I ordered a dozen and brought them back. Everyone loved them. Last night the group wanted more, so made another trip this morning for 2 dozen. Highly recommend trying a Cafe Beignets of Alabama!

OMG!!! So delicious!!!! Customer service excellent. Very friendly and kind! We love it!

We ended up at this place by default because the coffee shop we were headed to was closed. Cafe Beignet was a pleasant surprise. The beignets were fresh from the fryer and topped with ample confectionery sugar. I had a Cafe Au Lait (Hickory coffee with steamed milk). I was terrific. The staff was super friendly and quick to get our order to us. The shop is in a strip mall so the parking was easy. Their hours stated on the window say 6:30am to noon is. The waiter let us know they have beignets, beignets, and beignets, lol. Very good beignets, I might add!

The server I don’t know her name but she was incredible! Very sweet and extremely attentive even though she was the only server with all the tables full. And THE BEIGNETS!!! The best I’ve had, and I’ve lived in NOLA. Very impressed with this little place.
