First time here and will definitely be back for more! We noticed the "breakfast buffet " sign in front and decided to give it a try. So glad we did! Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links and patties, home style potatoes, biscuits and gravy and the pancakes & waffles made to order. We didn't have the pancakes or waffles but everything else was absolutely perfect! Real eggs, not the just add water kind you find at most buffets. Time and effort was especially put into the potatoes and biscuits and gravy! So good! Darla was the wonderful person that took care of us! So I definitely recommend giving them a try. The food and service will NOT disappoint!

The soups are sooo good and homemade, the chicken is really good too!

Beer was cold and machines had some new games..music was nice as well..

Great fish, the blue gill is great as well as the rest of the menu. Have not had a bad meal or experience. Darla will take care of you as well.

Great hometown bar. The prices are so much better than anywhere else. I love the outdoor patio. The bartenders are friendly, the bar is clean. If you aren't family walking in the door, you are when you are leaving. Definitely a mixed crowd. I love the laid back atmosphere.

What a lovely time. Sweet bartender. Jovial crowd. Got invited by folks from Nick's and, glad i went. This place has a reputation but, this night; i saw none of that. It may have been me but, I had a lovely time. Many blessings on all those who made my night amazing! Perfect place for the night I needed.

I have went here for many years of bloody Mary's an times I took a jug or 2 with me as I left. It's been quite some time since I've been here because I moved away. I can into town for BBF birthday an yes I did have 3 or 4 if those delicious Bloody Mary's as we set outside under the patio going down memory lane too pictures as well. Still the same old place as if I never left. Thank you Hooch & Sixteens for another memory for us to share.

As with all Granite City bars, its a tight knit crew but after going a few times they warm up. Howard and his boy Dave run the joint and they are good people. Best tacos in town served first Friday of every month.

Whomever is there when I am, they play the best songs!! Slots are generous too!

Stopped by today to try out the 🌮 and the bloodymarys. I'll tell you this much. I didn't leave disappointed ! Both were very good. All the customers were friendly as well as the bartenders ! Had a good time. Time went by to fast tho ! Before I knew it I had to go home and be responsible ! Lol. I'll be back soon

You will never have a bad time here with any of the bartenders! Take it from me and i terrorize all of them and the will tell you! Their awesome! Day, after 5 or late night they hold their own with me and I am that guy who is ornery as hell and keeps it light even in th worst! The place to be in Granite City after a bad day, or just because! Be cautious of Darla and Shelley those two..... They got you?! Lol love my home bar and bartenders! They know it! So yes yelp her it is... Hooches and sixteen has 100% from this guy... But even the first time visitor know their welcome! Wealthy or average Joe these bartenders have everyone. But if your too lit to drive they will stop you! Yall have no idea how great these girls are... Girl loosely used darla and Shelley. 😆 love the bar and YOU will too!

Great place to relax and have a drink. They make a mean bloody mary. So good. People are very relaxed great pool tables. Definitely one of the better bars in granite.

Always a friendly greeting anytime we come back home! Great bartenders, can make a great dirty, dirty grey goose martini! The best jukebox! See y'all for the 50th Madison High class reunion!
