Furniture row experience buying 2 lift chairs and a love seat from Nelly in the Davenport, IA store was a very good one! I called first and Nelly was so helpful. No pressure to buy. My husband went to store to try out the furniture items and was well taken care of as we both use walkers to assist our ambulation. Can’t wait for the chairs and love seats to come in and get them home to use. Thank you for caring so well for us with this buying experience!

Aggressive salespeople can turn making a large purchase, into an extremely stressful experience. Chase was super helpful without being pushy. We didn’t feel pressured to make a decision but he was there to answer every question and addressed any concerns to our satisfaction. We really just went in to look, but since we had all the information important to us- and the sofa was on sale, too- we felt comfortable pulling the trigger right then and there. Thanks, Chase!

Amina was amazing! She greeted us promptly and gave us just enough attention to help narrow down our search and feel comfortable but never was overbearing or pushy. We were initially intimidated with the huge selection of living room furniture but by the end of the visit, she had helped us pick out the perfect set for our family. We will for sure be back when we are ready to do the family room!

We had a great experience at Furniture Row in Davenport,Iowa. Bryan was super helpful and patient with us. He took his time with us and explained everything about the fabric and pricing. While I have not actually received my furniture yet, the process of buying it was very easy. There were only two people working the whole show room, but we were approached fairly quickly to be helped. Amina, our sales consultant, was knowledgeable and was able to get our items ordered quickly.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Not pushy at all and let me take my time to choose the set that was right for my family. Was able complete the sale over the phone and did not have to make an extra trip to take care of anything.
