Easily the best GameStop I've visited in awhile. 9/10. Only because they werent smiling when I walked in.

The woman working today 8/22/23 was very polite and patient with our kids. Good selection, decent prices for Switch items and FNAF.

Trey is always friendly and willing to check in on what I'm looking for! Great times and finds always at Elmore!

Absolutely spectacular customer service! I wanted to get my son a new xbox without him knowing. News flash he was with me! They helped me keep him busy while another whispered with me about the purchase. The transaction was completed within 10 min or so and they put it in my car without my son knowing!! Polite, efficient and knowledgeable!

Went in for a headset. Staff was amazingly friendly🏳‍🌈❣ I found exactly what I was looking for for under what I had even expected to pay!

Trey was unbelievably helpful. He was super friendly and talked with my son and I for about an hour helping us learn more about pokemon cards. He also signed us up for the rewards program which just about paid for itself in the first purchase. We received 10,000 points for signing up and then 5000 every month, which is a free $5 pack of cards every month for 12 months. We'll be back for sure!!

Great location, friendly and helpful employees, top selection. I am mixed about the company itself, but dedicated employees like these make it work.

I bought a VR headset and it quit charging within a week. GameStop helped me replace the defective unit quickly and painlessly.

They were very helpful and patient and really seemed to genuinely care.

Employee lady was nice, customers that came in she greeted and offered if they needed help. Everything else was same same. Clean

Bought a gaming headset and ended up returning it. The manager Logan took care of it and was great to work with. Will definitely be shopping here again.

Friendly, helpful staff. Solid selection software wise. If you're looking for more figures/etc go over to the west Kimberly location, they have much more of that stuff. No complaints ever at this location.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff! Last few times I have been there they have made great recommendations and hooked me up with reasonably priced used games in like new conditions. I ment to leave them a great review on the reciept but i forgot!

Nicholas at the Davenport Iowa store on Elmore made my experience an easy and friendly one as possible! He was great all around and help with everything he could! It was very cold today but he still had a very positive attitude and a smile on his face!
