I recently had a radio installed in my F150 and everything went great. From the store manager Tracy to Adam who did the installation, professional and incredible customer service!! Best Buy is lucky to have you both, keep up the good service!

Excellent and knowledgeable staff. Always easier to buy a new phone at Best Buy than to go to Verizon and wait forever and be hounded to change my cell plan.

Scheduled a remote start install and was extremely happy with their service and professionalism. The tech took the time to set up my profile and app for the LTE version and explained all functions.

I think they was very helpful even though they couldn't do nothing for us because Apple made the appointment for us but they couldn't do nothing for us Apple was the one that has to fix the problem so Apple please help us and fix this problem
