This is the only place that I go to buy my fountain pens. The staff is very nice and will help you with anything that you need. I really endorse this business for any of your business needs.

They have always gone behind their duties to help me fax and send paperwork for important business and take it off my phone. They are more than reasonable in price and have just about everything you can think of for your business needs. Also, all the workers are very helpful and friendly . I recommend this business. Have been using them for a long time.

They not only have office supplies but they can do your faxing and printing for you. And you can get something notarized if you need its

Great, fast, efficient for a family owned business. Could be a tad bit gentler with their mannerisms, after all they're making their living off of what they do and if it makes them have an attitude then they should reconsider what they do. Comes across as Very judgemental and rushing; while you're there to handle business activities. Friends on the day: can be ride & can be seldomly sweet on rare occasions

I have experienced that BEC is one of the most courteous and pleasant businesses in Granite City to do business with.

My first visit. Much bigger store than I expected. Terry, the owner, was friendly and helpful. No complaints. They had what I needed. Been in business since 1957... they must be doing something right!

I was looking for a black and a blue ink pads for a craft wood block project. I went to every store non to be found. No sales reps for assistance or told don't carry no more) DT normally has them for $1.00(Dt craft). BEC Sales agent greeted me at door. Took me to aisle where located. Had what I needed. In & out in less than five minutes. Price was a little high $4.99 a ink pad. But customer service was outstanding. Was able to make my rustic wood American Flag.

They were helpful when I called saved me a trip in.

The UPS store in Granite City closed a couple years ago. I found this gem after learning i can drop UPS shipment off with them. Very friendly staff, a must go for all your office supply needs in Granite City, IL

Family Owned & Operated! ... If you need to replace your print cartridge on your printer go SEE Larry at BEC Office Products 1st ... They are conveniently located on Madison Ave in Granite City BEFORE you go to a big chain store like Office depot or Walmart!

Friendly staff. Went in for fax services a few times. Always helpful and no waiting.
