Donuts were fresh for a Saturday night! Staff was very nice and friendly!

One message to Corporate : heard from a couple employees saying that at the end of each night, donuts are thrown away. Is there a way you can work to donate food to the needy or homeless shelters instead of wasting them?! Hope this message gets across to the decision makers.

We stopped by today to get my birthday reward and my husband asked if there were any donuts getting tossed out as our 2 year old is going into the hospital and LOVES donuts. I didn’t get his name but the gentleman at the window gave us a 6 pack of specialty donuts. Thank you for your kindness and warm ❤.

Only get Krispy Kreme regular Donuts when warm. They aren't even the same donut cold. I can see how these have become part of a culture of food fanatics.

The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly for it being so early. I always love that first free donut...

I was floored by their generosity! They comped each of my kids 6 assorted donuts for good grades (so good some didn't even make it home), and even comped me a fabulous white mocha latte for being a good parent. I'll definitely be back!

Donuts were perfect. Clerk misunderstanding how the newspaper coupon was to be applied cause the transaction to be repeated and should have used the 25% discount instead of $2 off of $27 for 2 dozen.

All workers there are, especially young African American gentleman is always nice and professional.

Home of the best chain glaze donut. I love those things, especially when you can get a hot, fresh one right out of the fryer. If you arrive when the hot donuts sign is lit, you will get a free one when you walk in the store. Their assorted donuts are good too. Sometimes better than good, they mix up the lineup of the assorted with seasonal specials. The snowman and santa specials were cute and delicious. Not as good as some of our local bakeries but very good non the less.

Fairview Heights the little lady who waited on us was beyond personal and helpful! Pulled donuts off the line so they were the freshest!

Hey everyone today is free coffee day at Krispy Kreme Doughnuts 🍩. I have to say thank you to the young lady at the drive-thru who told me about today's special event along with if you download the Krispy Kreme app there are some amazing perks such as new donut taste test day. When they come out with a new donut as an Awards member you get invited to a free event to taste test their new doughnut. Free always sounds good. But it's yummiest when it's a free doughnut & coffee. Go enjoy yourself!!! 🍩

On this day, buy a dozen and get a dozen free. No line to be found, yey. The place was clean and donuts everywhere and ready to be served. I was greeted and thanked, as it should be. I do not recall seeing a hot sign on but the donuts were hot. I will try using the app the next time I plan to visit, just to see the dynamic of this establishment. This is the only KK within tolerable driving distance from SCOTT AFB, with multiple routes of getting there. GL sweet tooth.

Well it was National Donut Day so the drive thru did take 15-20 minutes but, I just love the raspberry filled!

Krispy Kream is very good for different holidays they have different designs. Just a couple days ago I went here on St.Patricks day and got green doughnuts. They were delicious. For Christmas they have very special colors. The prices are good and affordable for all. I will always come here for doughnuts to get for parties and more.

I arrived late in the morning around 10:30 and was very pleased. Large variety and full trays combined with friendly service made for a satisfying visit.

Hot donuts on a Sunday morning. Is there anything better?

Every Friday is a treat for my granddaughter. I pick her up from school and she always has to go by Krispy Kreme to get her chocolate sprinkle donut and a cup of glazed holes. She loves them!

I mean... there's Krispy Kreme donuts... then there's everyone else.
