Scooter's Coffee

Thank you Fairview Heights Illinois location!!! I bought my wife a $25 gift card for Christmas. They didn't put the money on the card. I spoke an employee name Nichole, I informed her i didn't have a Receipt. She said id have to speak with the manager Makayla. Today I spoke with Makayla.. She was awesome!! So nice!! And reloaded the card!! Thank you so much!! Great location!!!! Great service!!

This location is great! I always get delicious coffee exactly how I ordered it, except for the one time they mistakenly added whip. The line always goes quickly, and the staff usually seems friendly. I do wish prices were a little lower, but they are similar to other coffee shops. I love the wide variety of drinks. I'm happy to have a Scooters similar to the ones I loved in other states.

I'm giving a 5 based on customer service alone. Yes the drinks were great, but I haven't received customer service in a drive thru like this in years. I've been there twice and both times the staff were exceptional. This may be a strange comment to some, but for me knowing how to talk and being polite goods a long way.

Workers were super kind and helpful. At the speaker box I was given recommendations (as a non coffee drinker) I really appreciated this. The blonde girl at the window was kind and respectful and even struck up a conversation while I waited for my drink. Keep up the great work!

My favorite coffee place. Soooo much quicker than Starbucks and they have many great choices.

I just want to say that I look forward to going to this location specifically on my way to work every morning. The hiring manager hit the nail on the head with every single hire at this location! There is a gentleman with blonde hair and a woman with black hair that help me most times that make me feel like I am family. All of the employees are super friendly, excited to be at work, and make the entire process from ordering to the pick up line FUN and EASY! They work it outside when they hold the signs, and make you feel the NEED for coffee, even if you werent going to stop. Today, they were having a party for the car behind me that struggled with how to say Acai correctly and I loved that they took the time to help him with his pronunciation while being encouraging and supportive! You rarely see employees with the zest that this location has and it is so amazing to witness at every visit! I always tip when I can, and appreciate the joy I receive by seeing them! Keep Up the good work guys! <3

First time visiting--staff was super friendly and patient. They explain what was in a drink/give you great recommendations (speaking as someone who doesn't normally get coffee)! Strong espresso flavor which was really nice!

Love the concept and the lattes are good. Everyone is friendly. Wee bit expensive.

These guys hustle their butts off. Love the autumn caramel crunch and now the peppermint mocha 😍 😋

This coffee place is my new favorite! Have been there three different times now and tried something new each time and they were all so good!!

Got the Salted Caramelicious blended in a large. A little pricey @$7 but not bad. I'm sure I'll be back through. It was yummy. 🙂

The hotel coffee was horrible so needing a coffee fix we stopped at Scooters on our way out of town. WOW! Amazing to get great coffee and wonderful customer service.
