Love the team here!!! We bring all our vehicles here. They are skilled experts, very personable, and fast!! Their prices are more than reasonable for the great service!! I have no problem paying for quality when we’ve invested so much in our cars. We called all the dealerships in town & couldn’t get in for service. Midas got us in right away & gave us the best service.

Bob and James were super pleasant and helpful. They took great care of me and everyone else who came in. Patched up my tire and fixed my AC, no problem.

It sounds a little silly, but I want to highlight their waiting room: very clean, smelled awesome, HGTV playing at a reasonable volume, surprisingly comfortable chairs, nice decor. I felt like these guys understood this is where you'd be sitting for 45 minutes, so they really put extra effort into the experience. 🙂

Always enjoy my experience and pricing here. I’m a young adult woman and often frequent these places alone, && never does Midas try and make a bigger buck off of me like LOTS of other automotive locations do. I frequent here often.

What an amazing team of people! I was always in the know, every step of the way. When it came to decision time, they broke it down Barney style on what absolutely needed to happen today, what could wait and possibly how long I could safely put it off for. I know I got the best deal and I’m so grateful for the same day service!!! Can’t thank you enough.

Although a pricey repair, they are very upfront and act as your favorite local home shop. Are honest and do what they can to stand behind their work. Hard to recommend anyone that gives you a bill for a lot of money lol but I feel confident in recommending this Midas in Fairview to anyone who asks. Great service and great people.

I took my car to Midas in Fairview Heights and they were awesome!
I couldn’t afford to get it fix right away or have it towed again, it took a couple a weeks and they didn’t hassle me to get it off their lot at all. Chris and Bob were very patient and understanding throughout the whole ordeal. I didn’t feel pressured or swindled on the price that they gave either. Overall I would recommend !

I gotta say these guys are awesome! Duramax had issues gelling up and wouldn't run properly, I've had Valvoline and meineki tell me hit the road but the manager offered to run a furnace to warm my engine however long it took at no charge. They didn't have a diesel mechanic on shift but after a few hours I decided to have them replace my fuel filter and they got right on it, trucks running a lot better now! I tell you what they went above and beyond and I greatly appreciate their service, they'll be getting my business whenever I'm in the area. They also have my recommendation if you need your vehicle fixed up, great work guys I got nothing but good things to say here 👍

OMG!! Finally I can say I’ve found a mechanic shop that I’m truly comfortable with doing business with. Their pricing, cleanliness honesty, professionalism and service was top notch from the moment I walked in. Chris was so helpful with getting me exactly what I needed for my car without trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Bob the owner was also helpful in getting me pricing for upcoming repairs letting me know what I did and did not need. I definitely will be doing business with them going forward. I guess this is what the MIDAS touch truly is 😃

I tried 4 places for quotes on an engine mount Midas in Fairview Height was able to get me in on the same day and Chris gave me the best price. The staff even offered to take me somewhere while my car was being fixed. This is my 1st time coming here but I will definitely be back. Courteous, fast, friendly and professional. It was a different experience. Highly recommend.

After returning from a long road trip I noticed how worn my tires had become very quickly.
Knowing my SUV requires expensive tires I shopped every store in town to try and find a good set of tires I could afford and get them installed before I needed to leave town with my children in 36 hours…
I called Midas in Fairview and the store manager was incredible. Lead me to the best deal for my money AND for the manner in which I use my SUV as a highway and partially off-road vehicle.

I called in the afternoon, and Chris went above and beyond to make sure i had EVERYTHING installed and ready to roll before the close of business on the same day!!!!
It is impossible to find great service anymore and this store provided it fully.

I highly recommend this store.

The Fairview heights Midas store has got to be the best place to purchase tires in my experience by far.

Midas in Fairview Heights Illinois is amazing! My husband has been bringing our 2018 jeep compass here since we got it in 2021 and we couldn’t be more pleased with the work! Everyone in the shop is friendly, out of the way helpful, and very knowledgeable about cars. They are always showing and explaining to us what went wrong and how to prevent it from happening again. Our truck stopped on us today, we brought it in to Midas TWO hours before they closed and they got our truck back up and running in no time! While we waiting for the truck to get fixed the owner gave us a car to use to get lunch and run errands as we had our toddler with us ! Truly a family ran business, Midas feels like family!

I stopped at a Midas because I just got two tires changed at Walmart the other day. The “technician” at Walmart didn’t do what I asked and they acted like they didn’t care for what I was saying.

When I pulled up to Midas, I was greeted with a great guy who gave me expert advice on how to fix my problems and also gave me a quick fix so that I won’t be on the roads worrying about my safety. I really appreciate it and will be going to Midas first.

This specific Midas location is a game changer. Honest, hard working, and knowledgeable people servicing here. Had to go here as my car died newr by. They came and gave me a jump then serviced my old car. Set me up with a reasonable payment plan too. Few months later, my brakes shot out from my rear left wheel. Came back to get the broken brake system repairs as well as the other 3 since they were all on the verge of breaking(pun instended). This Midas had me squared away by the next morning (also went with the payment option). My car is loaded with issues that were have been aware of since day 1 but this location will definitely have my business. I am forgetting the gentleman who took care of us both times. Italian/irish looking fellow.

My daily driver broke down on me just a couple of months after buying it. Timing chain broke, which ended up causing a lot of internal damage. I initially felt ok about the situation, since I had purchased an extended warranty. Turns out the company I had was every contract holder’s (and mechanic’s) worst nightmare. They drew out the repair process as much as they possibly could, and attempted to pay out the least amount of money. After several back and forth trips with the claims inspectors, weeks off of the calendar without my work car, and tying up a whole bay at the repair shop (forcing Midas to lose probably thousands of dollars), I was finally able to get it fixed. Bob and his team at Midas have been nothing short of amazing. Not only were they extremely patient in dealing with my warranty company, but they expertly repaired my car. It’s back on the road and running like new. I will not be going anywhere other than Midas for my auto repair needs anytime soon. Thanks, y’all!

Took in my husband's vehicle for a coolant leak. Not only did they fix it in an extremely timely manner but walked us thru step by step with what was happening. They also informed us of other stuff that was wrong but due to our budget we could not fix it. We did not feel pressure at all to deal with these issues and they sympathized with our budget constraints and even went over financing options they had available. Customer service was impeccable and prices were reasonable. I'd trust these guys to work on any vehicle of mine and highly recommend them!
