They treat you like you are part of their family.. I cant say enough good things about all of them. Jim and Charlie are concerned and care about every person they serve..Thank you for helping us thru this difficult time and making things a little easier.

My 16 year old dog passed away the other day these guys were awesome! I called them up, as they are the ones that handled 2 funerals of people I knew, and they did everything they could to make my situation better. I wanted the dog cremated and brought back home with me and was worried about the cost and they cut the price in half making it much more affordable. They go above and beyond and truly take the time to understand a persons pain and are very sympathetic. These people are wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you very much Kassly. A lot might say "Well its their job to be that way" and while that may be true these guys are on a different level. They dont treat you and your family member like just another payday they understand your situation and your pain and do everything they can to put your mind at ease.

Kassly Mortuary went above and beyond for our family when our 16 year old cat, Cowboy died. Even with a pet, they were all very professional, caring, and made a bad time for us easier. Cannot say enough good things about Kassly Mortuary.

My Father passed away in 1998 from ALS, the City of Fairview Heights helped us a lot with fund raisers and things needed, when he passed, Kassly helped greatly with all the arrangements... Now in January my mother passed, and they were just as helpful as they were with my father 23 years ago. Thank you all very much.

Unfortunately (as can be imagined) I visited here under less than ideal circumstances, regardless, the staff was tremendously helpful, sincere and more than accommodating. I filmed the "open mic" part of the service and they went above and beyond to help me set up. Cannot thank them enough.

I have been to Kassly twice for funerals. Both times I was upset at how very dark the deceased was. VERY DARK! WHY? I’ve never seen that any where else
