Small business. Customer service was great. They had the Uggs I was looking for that were sold out everywhere including the Uggs website. I called to see if they had them they did and put them on hold until the next day. This was about 2 weeks before Christmas. I will return to purchase again.

dimitri was very welcoming, helpful, and personable !! we tried on about 10 pairs of shoes and he unboxed each one so we could try them on. (a++ customer service !) this is not far from the city at all, and they literally have almost everything in stock. definitely coming back here :D

This is my go to Ugg shop now. I have told my family as well, if we ever need Uggs this is the place to shop. Demetrie is wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. When I couldn't find what I was looking for he was more than willing to order the product for me and called as soon as it arrived. Also, I would much rather support a local business than a big box store any day!

Tazman UGGs were sold out at all major department stores but I called Sheepskin Depot and they had one pair left! They held them for me until I could go pick them up. My wife was so surprised when she opened them on Christmas morning! Incredible customer service. I would buy UGGs again from Sheepskin Depot. Thank you!

The store carries excellent quality sheepskin leather jackets. I wanted a jacket that they normally don't carry from one of their partners and the owner was able to order it specifically for me. Can’t help but smile whenever I walk into this store! It reminds me of what shopping used to be like….being greeted by the same friendly owner who recognizes you, customers just patiently shopping, comfortable knowing you can take your time and never feel rushed , get an honest opinion from the owner about your purchase and the overall quality and service just doesn’t exist these days ! Who knew this place even existed just a short drive from my home. I've been looking for a nice warm pair of winter boots for some time. My wife told me to stop by The Sheepskin Depot because she heard so many good things. I walk in and am immediately greeted by Demetrie, who allows me to look around and is just an earshot away from any questions I had. Let me tell you, Demetrie knows his stuff, he was able to help pick out the exact pair of boots I needed. A modern looking boot that can be dressed up and down, while keeping my feet nice and warm for the upcoming winter. I will be stopping in again to check out other inventory as the seasons go on.

This is the only place for real Uggs and especially for men's styles. Why do women only get to have warm feet? Kids can have all they want too! Add to that slippers boots and now shoes, coats, hats, gloves etc. You will be able to handle what ever Chicago Winter throws at you.

I came in for a sheepskin pelt for my couch and left with a really nice coat as well. Great family-owned shop, great products. Go see Dimitri...it’s his place. He’s awesome.
