I bought a 2014 Ford Fiesta ST from United Auto Exchange, and it was genuinely one of the most smooth and hassle-free car buying experiences I have ever had. I was in and out of the dealership in around two hours, and they helped me big time. From giving me more for my trade in to reduce my down payment, to fixing my car when an unforeseen check engine light came on. The car had some mods done to it so I almost expected the light to come on (lol), but it was still a very nice touch. My car is an absolute blast and I have had no troubles with the car since then! Uri and Omar helped me out immensely, and I will definitely be recommending them to my friends. My one and only complaint is that it wasn't disclosed what modifications were done to the vehicle, but I was going to modify the car anyway so I guess I'm just being nitpicky. All in all, a fantastic experience!

Uriel is very helpful and patient. He didn't rush us. Answered all our questions and concerns. Got us a new battery for my Audi A6. Great service!

One of the smoothest transactions I've ever had when buying a car. Uri was helpful and so efficient. He was also very understanding when I had to show up about two hours late for my appointment to test drive the car I was interested in due to an unrelated friend emergency. I live downstate so I had a nice long drive with the car home and it drove so well. All around 10/10 experience. Would recommend.

I went to this dealership the other day and was greeted by a man named Carlos . I had an incredible experience - he was extremely helpful in helping me find the car of my dreams! He was super knowledgeable and informative! I would recommend this dealership to everyone!!

Uri showed me a 2013 Cadillac ATS, and it was in very nice condition. He was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire transaction. All the staff we talked to were also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend getting a car at this location.

Omar is the best sales I've ever met. He is straightforward to work with; I feel we are friends rather than clients/servers. He provides great services. (He took care of the vehicle for me and surprisingly picked the plate number that was meaningful to me.)

Absolute deal of a lifetime that we cannot refuse!!! Omar said: "What can I do to make you buy this car today? I may not get that price you want but I will do everything to get it." We test drove the car (absolutely great and well maintained by Audi dealership and no accidents) and looked at the sticker price and we told him our number and we got it!!! June the owner, was so easy to work with that we were taken cared of just like what interested customers should be. All I can say is that the discount we got took care of the tax and fees and more. I will definitely come back and buy my next car here.

Purchasing a car from United Auto Exchange was by far the easiest and most convenient vehicle transaction I've ever made, and because of that, I want to thank my salesman Ray for helping me along every step of the way from the initial phone call, down payment, pictures, registration, acting as a liaison between the finance department, but most importantly, honesty. I purchased a vehicle sight unseen half way across the country because I trusted what I was told was legitimate. Sure enough, that held true and I am extremely satisfied with the car and the transaction. Thanks again!

Excellent car buying experience. Very friendly sales staff. Comfortable atmosphere. Clean & comfortable sales area. Bright and clean showroom floor stocked with everything from a $120,00 Bentley to $3000 first driver vehicles. Loved browsing the floor.
Mike helped us with our purchase from start to finish. If he didn't know an answer to our question he was able to get an answer for us quickly from someone else.
Ben (a buyer at the dealership) was extremely helpful in detailing the past history of the vehicle and even getting us in touch with the past owner when we went to go pick up the vehicle. He definitely made us feel comfortable with our purchase.
Tricia helped us with the paperwork & forms, she was also very helpful in getting us set up with an extended warranty at a great price to give us some added security in our purchase.
Granted it's only been 3 days, but so far everything they told us about our purchase has been the truth.

Its been awhile since I financed a car and Uri made my experience a very pleasant one. The staff was awesome, feel like I've known these guys forever... My needs where met, I got the vehicle of my choice at a reasonable price, I'm excited and happy. Definitely looking forward to doing business in the future

Man great place to purchase any type of vehicle!!! If anyone needs anything ask for Homero. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and helped us buy something we genuinely liked. We went in there with a truck in mind and we had been seeing a lot and them have really good prices that’s how we went to check it out. Their prices are competitive tried to negotiate a little but when you see a vehicle that the price is good not much room for negotiating and being a person who does their research before hand I knew it was a fair price. Definitely recommend and again if you guys need anything ask for Homero he’ll help you with anything. And overall very happy with the quality of their vehicles and honesty.

RJ is just great at what he does! I love how great he is at explaining all your options and always tries to get you the best deal and doesn’t beat around the bush!

I had a Great car Buying Experience with Erik, he was kind and helped me pick between the two cars I was torn apart on. he was able to break down the Performance aspects of both Vehicles. I went with the S7 over the A6 that he had. this thing is wicked fast. Glad i listened to someone with the Car Guy mentality like him!

I'm so sick of all the bad reviews from this dealer.I can guarantee you it's from customers who could not get it there way. It's not fair the customer can complain and say what they want and the dealer is silenced. Spend a day at any car dealership and sell cars you will look at reviews different. A customer walks in all excited and it turns out he has never paid attention let alone a bill and now the dealer is the bad guy. Find a car you like and I promise you they will take care of you.Make your own judgements in life not others negativity.

OMG!!!!!!!!THEY WERE AWESOME! URIEL GONZALEZ has gotta be one of the best young car salesman there is.(True Dat) I flew from Kentucky to Chicago to purchase my 2013 Ford Flex. I could not get Uber or Lyft to pick me up at the airport, so Uriel comes and picks me up in his own vehicle on his day off and takes me to the dealership. Tricia was amazing also, but I had a little issue with my bank and they drove me to one of my banks locations in Chicago and Uriel waited over an hour in his car for me to finish. THAT IS EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! AND.....I LOVE THE CAR! Keep up the good work. United Auto Exchange is the real deal!😁

I was in search for a SL 550. I'm so glad I came across this one. The guys at the dealership were pleasant and described the car as it was. Very transparent and fast. Love the showroom! Also my golf clubs fit in the trunk. Perry and Erik insisted they would. Ask for them , you won't be disappointed.
