Went here to pick up boots because another local store didn't have what I needed, only to find a better sales rep that took the time to make sure the fit was right. What ended up being an incorrect size from another store, ended up working out great here. Jim took his time to help me find the right boots, while we didn't settle on a summer work boot, I bought my winter pair. Patient staff, great to work with.

Exceptional customer service provided by Gilbert, along with excellent quality boots. Highly recommended.

Didn't care for their service not rude but definitely not polite 11-22 way better service I just wish they didn't assume because I like the insert or conditioner that I wanted to buy it. Didn't even ask they just added it to the bill. 2-12 new kicks for the new year as always best boots for my line of work went with the 6617 this year much better service.

I’m a female and it’s not easy to find work shoes/boots. I’m giving a 5 star rating because the saleswoman was incredibly helpful in getting me into the shoe that was close to what I wanted. Your selection for women is very poor in my opinion though. I think you have the right idea in offering the same type of shoe in mens and womens sizes but it needs to be more.

Dale is a great guy to work with, very polite and took his time to make sure I was satisfied.

I had a wonderful experience at this store today. I didn’t have high hopes when I got there, as I can NEVER find shoes that fit my feet comfortably. I was stressed because I am starting a new position at work that involves a lot of standing and walking. I left with the best fitting, most comfortable shoes I have ever owned!
Jim was the absolute BEAST! The store was crowded when we got there, and he was alone. He remained very patient and helpful with everyone, and showed everyone such individualized attention. When it was my turn, he took his time to listen to what I wanted, what I needed, and how anxious I was. He scanned my feet on the machine and explained all the factors that go into the right fit. He came out with exactly one pair of shoes and they worked PERFECTLY. But he wasn’t satisfied with that answer….he wanted me to be SURE. He had me walk around a lot, trying different insoles and different laces. This man is a SAINT!! He made this experience so much better, and I really appreciated his attention and patience!

Bought my first pair of Red Wings here and the experience and boots are amazing. Jim is an incredible employee. He was the only one working there while there were a lot of customers and he handled it like a boss! He had everyone laughing and smiling the whole time while we were waiting. Talk about perceived wait times. He is worth 10 employees. Hang onto this one. I will be back and I'll bring friends and family next time to shop here. Thank you Jim!

The boots are great. They are a good looking pair of boots and they feel great as well. I want to thank Jim over at the store for giving be the best boot buying experience I’ve ever had. Will definitely recommend this store and the boots to friends and family. Will shop here again.

A gentleman I believe his name was Joe or Jim I'm sorry. Was very helpful spent time with me. I do have problem feet surgeries and such. He gave me many suggestions and he took his time to make sure everything fit well I can't say enough about this gentleman. And the girl in the shower store Porsche she arranged for me to find a place that had the right side shoot it I needed so I just would have happened without her either. All in all a great experience

Good customer service! The staff is patient and knowledgeable. They took care of me when my boots were leaking, despite being a week out of warranty. Something was wrong with the Gortex lining in them.
I really appreciate them, my feet do as well.

There’s an older gentleman that works there. I’m apologetic for forgetting his name. But he’s a great guy. Also took the time to show me different ways of tying the boots up!

One of the many places that has taught me to value quality over quantity. I've always been helped as I needed to be, and the product will speak for itself. Expect to pay $150 for their cheaper boots, and $350 for the top shelf stuff. I bought a pair of 604's a year ago for my daily beaters and they are easily my favourite shoes I've ever had. Extremely comfortable, but tough initial break it. My new Iron Rangers hope to fill a dressier daily boot and I'll be keeping the 604's for work and getting dirty. Posting this a few weeks after purchase, shoes are almost broken in. Loving them so far.

Look for the flags that indicate American made. Don't be afraid to spend $300 on a pair of boots. They will take care of you.

My last visit I was helped by Hamsa, she did an amazing job. She helped 1 of my employees with a warranty issue on a newer boot. She it's a real pro, this is why I continue purchasing boots at redwing and have been for over 20 years
