This was a great car buying experience for me! I went in about two weeks ago and worked with Eddy for my car options. He was patient and understood what I wanted. After several options they got me into the car I wanted! Very appreciative of the patience and time these guys put into helping with the car buying process.

This place is a very awesome place to buy a car from. Rico was very helpful and helped me leave with a 2020 impala.. Car Stars went above and beyond to help me get approved for a bank loan. I have very poor credit but with money down and my bank statements they were able to get me approved for a very nice car that is pretty much brand new. No other dealerships would help me get approved but Car Stars made it happened. I am so glad I came in here today to buy a car. I been denied so many times from dealerships I didn't think I was going to leave with anything. Car Stars is the place to come to get yourself back behind the wheel. Don't even waste your time at other dealerships that just going to keep running credit score. Car Stars will help you improve your credit score..

This has got to be the BEST dealership EVER!! When I tell you they will work with you to get you in something, they will!! Eddy was the absolute BEST!! He literally took his time with my husband and I and gave us several options! He definitely went above and beyond for us and then his Boss (I'm sorry, I didn't get his name) came right in and finished the deal! Yep, we were there all day but it was definitely worth it as we drove off the lot in a GORGEOUS car and I love it!! These guys are definitely the REAL DEAL... they are very professional andthere's no hidden agenda with then, they give it to you straight but also try to work with you to make sure you leave in a vehicle, they get the job done! let me start off by saying, my bf and I experience here was amazing! Robert and Rico were so helpful and patient with us. They did everything to meet our expectations! Definitely would recommend and will come back again for our next car.

Rob is absolutely amazing! I have less than perfect credit and work a commission job but he worked his magic and got us into the car we wanted. Good selection of vehicles. I didnt think I was getting approved. Rob work with his lenders and got me approved and I was on the road with a 2012 Dodge Caliber. Thanks Rob and the staff @ Car Stars. I highly recommend this place to all my friends and family.

The entire staff at Car Stars came through!!! They did everything they said they would. I admit that I was suspect at first cause everything sounded to good to be true. They asked me the same questions that all the other dealers did but unlike the other spots they told me to hold off on setting up an appointment until they were able to get an actual approval from the bank. Felix called me back to let me know that he was able to get the approval we needed and then set up an appointment for me to come pick out a car that fit the approval. Everything went according to plan and I was able to grab my 2012 Impala. Thanks Felix and Car Stars

The staff was very open and honest. They did not keep us there all day and was able to tell us exactly what we needed. They held on to the vehicle that we selected to allow us time to get there from the suburbs and even stayed open late for us to accommodate our work schedules and commute. Rob was very transparent and open with what he could and couldn't do and the process was seamless. Thank you very much! He LOVES his new car and you kept your promise to fix the items that we discussed during our meetings as well which really means a lot!

I met Robert(manager) at this dealership. I’ve never met a more honest, helpful salesman in my life. He explained everything to a T, Answered every single question I had about the vehicle I was interested in. Also gave me his most honest opinion about an unrelated vehicle I have. Even payed for my Uber ride there! He gave me a great deal based on my credit score and made my purchase possible. I have to say I’m extatic and in love with my new vehicle. Also can’t forget about his awesome employees. Daniel Rivera and others are helpful, honest, down to earth and have great customer service. I bought an Infiniti G37XS from this dealership. Ask for Rico, he’s a super cool guy. Good price for the vehicle and a very professional establishment. No hidden fees or BS add-ons were thrown my way, which was refreshing.

Very friendly salesman with excellent customer service. I came in and they did what no other dealership could do. Got me inside my new car. Phenomenal service. I CAME TO CAR STARS IN A UBER, AND LEFT OUT DRIVING. THANK YOU SO MUCH EDDIE FOR YOUR HELP. I WAS GETTING DISCOURAGED THAT I WASNT GOING TO GET A CAR TODAY. BUT EDDIE MADE IT HAPPEN FOR ME. No disappointments at all. And my time was not wasted. Can’t wait to come back for that truck.

I can only speak from my experience.
I came to Chicago from Champaign twice and had a HORRIBLE experience in buying a car with my credit situation.

I took one final shot with CAR STARS and the 3rd trip turned out to be a CHARM! They worked with me and actually got me a 2013 vehicle I'm proud of investing in...not some old raggedy vehicle, dealerships try to "guilt" you in resenting after purchase.

My experience turned out to be a great one and I hope to continue to do business with these guys.
