I Purchased a 2015 BMW X5 and I’d like to state from our experience that Peter and Sebastian were very professional with us. There weren’t any issues with test driving the vehicle we wanted. Ultimately, we drove away satisfied customers and personally I wouldn’t mind doing business again with Auto Gallery.

I recently purchased a 1969 Camaro from Auto Gallery. I had an unbelievably positive experience with the salesman (Steve). I asked him to do a video chat with me as I live several hours outside of Chicago. He responded immediately and was good at pointing out the imperfections so I had a good sense of what I was buying. I ended up purchasing the car that day and the car was delivered to my house within 24 hours of closing the deal. The process could not have gone any smoother and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this dealer.

Peter answered the phone and was very honest about the vehicle I was interested in. Knowing I couldn’t make the 8 hour trip to see the car in person Sebastian was very helpful with any pictures or videos I asked for. The process was very easy, the price was fair, and the service was top notch.

We worked with Sebastian and he was awesome!! He was very personable with us and was not your typical 'sales person'. He took time to show us the features of the Jeep, was very friendly during our test drive and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The entire process was quite seamless. Not to mention, once we purchased the Jeep, he even took time to show us all the awesome cars he had in his inventory - let us sit in some of them as well. I would definitely purchase a car from here again.

Hands down try these guys first. I'm credit challenged and I honestly wish I had started here first, my credit score would have thanked me if I had. The dealership is pretty straight forward, you get a quality auto for a fair price and the guys really do work to get you your best financing options without ruining your credit in the process. Seriously if their lot has a model you're interested in, give these guys a shot first.

My experience was extremely pleasant at the Auto Gallery of Chicago. I purchased a Ford F-150 King Ranch. The price was considerably below comparable models in the area and the surrounding states. The customer service was great. The entire process felt very laid back and pressure free. I was NEVER pressured to purchase. In regards to complaints that reference "challenged credit" my credit is much less than stellar and I got a fantastic interest rate for a used vehicle. I walked in at 11:45 AM and drove home at 12:30 PM. Steve was a great help and fun to deal with. I have no complaints and highly recommend this dealership.

I highly recommend this place for quality cars, friendly people and great condition cars , so glad doing business with.

I bought a Toyota Sienna online and picked it up 2 days later here. Sebastian Blewa was very professional sales manager, he did a FaceTime walk around and answered all my questions prior to the sale. All was true. Car drove great all the way to Florida from Chicago, IL. Still works great. I would buy a car from them again. They have a great inventory of luxury used cars and they were truthful on all fees. Also they didn't waste any of my time and were direct. Sebastian called back when promised and picked up when I called. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience, unlike many other used car salesmen in Florida who use "hard sales" techniques. I wish all car salesmen to be this straight and respectful with customers like in Auto Gallery Chicago associates. Thank you very much! I love my new Sienna! :))

2 months ago we drove to the dealer from about 100 miles away after having seen the car we were interested in on Car Gurus. Steve was our salesman and he let us touch, examine and drive the car. Not sure why others have posted a different experience here. We had a very positive interaction and ended up purchasing the Porsche 911. We have not been sorry and would not hesitate to buy from Auto Gallery again.

One of the best buying experiences i have had. Great price, great cars, very nice staff and most importantly NO pressure. If your looking for a car and they have what you want I HIGHLY suggest going to see them. I dealt with Sebastian and Peter and they helped me out tremendously. My buying experience was so good my family came back and bought 2 other cars. Before i bought my car i visited 5 other dealerships and got the normal used buying experience, pure terror....but not here, was very comfortable with them.
