Tevin from the Peru store was articulate, compassionate, patient, and an absolute pleasure to assist us with our issue. We highly recommend him to anyone who visits the store. GOD BLESS HIM....

Had a problem with my new S24 and Michael at AT&T store worked on it for over and hour. The man was darn good and fixed the issue. He's very good and patient. He needs a raise. Thank you very much.

Sunday night switched my device Sim card got damaged .. as a professional driver on the road without phone no need to explain.. Monday morning walked into this store met Michael..great man very helpful.. understood my issue got me new Sim. Activated right away and I was out of store within 10 minutes.. very impressed.. I wish I could give more than five stars.

Went in to do an upgrade because I broke my phone. Only a quarter of the screen on my old phone worked but Shelby somehow managed to switch all my info from my old phone to the new one. It saved me a ton of time!!

Joe was the awesomest man I've ever met. He helped me save my account from my husband's account to make it into my. Account? And can my TV turned on hopefully by the time I get home? I can access my Internet service and he helped me so well. I do appreciate it. I do appreciate that he took the ti'm.

HUGE s/o to Trevin for assisting me and my mom with her first ever smart phone purchase. He has a very pleasant and professional personality that makes you feel welcome without the stress of being taken advantage of. From start to finish, the entire experience took no more than 40 minutes. I walked out feeling like we not only seized the day, but also did something that will make communication with my mom 10x easier.

Michael was truly Amazing in assisting me with getting a new cell phone! His kindness and patience given me is most appreciated. Transferring data from my very old cell was not an easy task, however, Michael persisted Until everything was perfectly completed. Michael was a much needed angel on my shoulder today!

Tonight we walked in as a large group in preparation to pay off 6 lines, upgrade 4 of those, and add a new line for our youngest. Though a daunting task, Nicole and Dana teamed up and helped us knock them out swiftly. We had one of our lines we even had to kind of speed up as he had to get to work so they really worked hard to help us get moving. We couldn't have wished for better customer service tonight, especially amidst the holidays!
