Cindy’s on 39

A friend and I stopped in here for breakfast this morning as I had told him about Delaney's and how much I liked it. We are from Vermilion County and this was my first time back here since it was Delaney's. I was quite surprised when I found out there was a new owner and name change. However I must also say that I was impressed with the quick service and friendly staff. I had me a Meat Lovers skillet and it was excellent. I also met Cindy, the owner who was right there working the floor same as any server would and even poured my tea into a "to go" cup . I thanked her, told I liked her place, that the meal was excellent & not to ever fire the cooks. I definitely would recommend Cindy's on 39 as a place to stop in for a delicious meal. I't's where I'll be stopping next time I'm up that way!

This place has got amazing service, really good tasty non-greasy food, and the prices are pretty excellent. I tried the bourbon chicken which was very good. It was very tasty, very fresh, not greasy. The meal also came with a salad bar and a scoop of ice cream. After a long day of hiking, this definitely hit the spot! Plus it was walking distance from my hotel.

Awesome service. Great prices. Quality food portions. Visited this location during COVID-19 and the staff and establishment was following local municipal and state guidelines to ensure the safety of consumers. Appropriate documentation upon entering requesting for patrons to follow safety guidelines and employees wore face masks.

Delightful welcoming atmosphere just off I 39. Indoor dining or curbside. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Large menu to choose from.Got my food quickly and very satisfied with my choice. Great place to meet and eat with friends and family or eat solo. Will definently go back!

Food was delicious our waitress was very nice nice place to come and have a bite to eat!!

We have eaten at Cindy's several times and each time the food has been fantastic! The staff is very polite, you feel very welcomed when you're there. Even our first time there I felt like someone who had been there a million times. You get more than enough food and it all tastes homemade. You won't go wrong eating at Cindy's! Plenty of options to choose from. Lasagna special was very good and comes with soup or salad bar, garlic bread and ice cream for dessert for $10.95

The best chicken parm I ever had. My friend had the pecan waffle and it was fluffy and generous with the nuts.

GREAT food the bowtie chicken soup was DELICIOUS very flavorful enjoyed the tuna melt. Will definitely come back! Friendly staff and fast service

Cindy herself runs a great family restaurant, everyone was smiling, the staff seemed to know every regular, the food was delicious and prices right.

I wish the place wouldn't have burned down. They had the best food ever. I love the cheeseburgers that I picked up one the other day. They were so good God. I hope you guys rebuild and open again

Delicious! I had the BEAST breakfast sandwich and my husband had French toast. Service was great and didn’t wait long for food.

What a great Midwestern small town restaurant! The service was speedy & very pleasant. I really enjoyed the massive pork tenderloin sandwich! They also make your potato side in almost any way you prefer. The beef vegetable soup was very tasty as well. I'll be back and you should certainly go if you haven't been!

I will definitely stop here again next time I pass through.I Traveled with 10 people to Florida and this was the only reasonably priced restaurant on our way.Thanks for not raising your prices like the other places we stopped at! The service as well as the food were awesome!

The best place to get a pork tenderloin. You can share it with 3 people. It's so big. Good home cooked meals all fresh food nothing frozen. The staff is very nice. We eat here every time we come to Illinois

Friendly staff, great food, will travel & go back! The tenderloins & home made chips came with a bowl of soup too!

Had the special- a fried pork chop, mash potatoes with brown gravy. Came with salad and green beans. It was incredible. In Germany it would’ve been schnitzel and this was better than most schnitzels I’ve had. Great friendly service to top it off.

Great breakfast place. Delicious food, fast and friendly service, and not harsh on the wallet. Highly reccomended.
