I never have any issues with this pharmacy and even if I end up waiting for meds I get them quickly. Times are tough and it can be hard to smile and thank people 100% of the time. Keep doing a great job!

The staff at OMC pharmacy have always been very helpful to me! In the 20+ years of using them... I can only remember 1 instance where I was upset. They work hard just like everyone else and mistakes happen. I will stay here.

Always accurate, friendly service with a smile. Their curbside service was most helpful.

I always have a bad experience here so finally decided to write a review so others can avoid this place if possible. There’s a guy who works there, really quiet and just seems incompetent. He gave me my prescription without securing the lid on the bottle so when my 1 year old got ahold of it before I had even used them, she dumped the pills everywhere and we had to bring her to the emergency room to make sure she didn’t take any. I can hardly get those tops off so it just baffles me that he didn’t check them when he put them in the bag and she was just able to tip it upside down and they all came out. (I am very aware she shouldn’t have had the bottle in first place. It all happened in the span of like 5 seconds).

There have been times I go there and even though I’ve called first to make sure they are getting my prescription ready, I show up and still have to wait 20 mins in an empty lobby.

I called ahead of time to make sure they had a device I needed that was prescribed because my doctor said most places won’t have this device so to check beforehand. I called and said I didn’t want to drive there if they didn’t have it. The man I talked to, who I’m pretty positive is the same tech who gave me the opened pills, told me “yep, it looks like they are getting it ready now.” I specifically asked if they had the device bc my doctor said they may not and he said they did. I drove there to pick it up and was told they only had the medication, not the device. Then the pharmacist tried to insinuate that I didn’t call their pharmacy - but I 100% did as I got the “Thank you for calling the Osceola pharmacy” recording and pressed 0 to talk to a pharmacy staff. I even have the call in my phone showing I spoke to someone for 2 minutes.

If you can use another pharmacy, I highly recommend you do so. At least until they reevaluate their staff and make some changes. I will drive further just to avoid using them again.

First of all I just want to say the actual pharmacists and a couple pharmacy technicians are wonderful, very polite and helpful. However, most of the technicians and the ones who service you at the counter can be very rude. One older lady sits at the computer by the prescription drop off window while a customer will stand there waiting for her to say “hello how can I help you?” Nope, each time I have to say excuse me I’m here to pick up my meds even though she can clearly see me but ignores me. She acts like I’m a burden instead of a paying customer. I don’t think she could crack a smile to save her life either. Most of the pharmacy technicians/sales people can’t say ‘hello how can I help you’ or ‘have a nice day’. I was taught that’s how you should treat customers kind enough to use that pharmacy and put up with the rudeness. Also several times my doctor renewed prescriptions for me through the pharmacy and the pharmacy claimed to not have received the refill request. My doctor had to contact them three times about it and speak to the actual pharmacist to finally get them to refill my orders. My doctor and nurse couldn’t figure out what was wrong with them for not refilling the prescriptions right away.

It's their third time not filling a RX I had refilled. Also, after receiving a call yesterday that my husband's RX was ready I went in to get it, only to be told they were out of that medication, and I would now have to wait until after the weekend to get it. Took my scrip to Walmart instead, had it in 15 minutes for $1 cheaper.
