Ricky at the LZ store took care of all my needs on getting the internet and a phone. He was friendly, knowledgeable on what I wanted and really patient with me, due to the fact I am not too electronic savvy, but he explained everything I needed to do and let me know the cost of everything right away. Thanks so much for all your help & patience with me.

Had an amazing experience! Christopher is amazing and was so helpful! I brought my 6 year old and 8 month old and he was so kind and nice plus so good at his job!!!!! Was in and out fast! Thank you T mobile for your amazing service and nice workers!!!!

T-Mobile is the best service I have ever got since Verizon & AT&T! I love their “5G UC” it’s so fast. I recommend getting T-Mobile. AT&T locks their phones and I have an ATT phone and it’s locked. One day when me and my family have time, we will go there and unlock the phone. T-Mobile is superior!!

I have dealt with this TMobile a few times in the last few years. Every time they have bee very knowledgeable and efficient. Yesterday Alex assisted me in activating my phone. He was very professional and made it a very easy process.

T Mobil customer service people were wonderful in helping me with my phone problems. I am elderly and have difficult time standing they found something for me to sit on..that has NEVER
happened at any other phone store I have ever visited. On top of that they were very knowledgeable about my phones problems. There were two males and a female assisting me. Not only did they correct the
problems I was having with my phone but also were nice enough to explain other parts of my phone that I wasn't able to use. Fortunately the store was not that busy and these people
took the extra time to explain more advantages on my phone the I had no knowledge of how to use. I am very grateful for the patience and kindness they showed me so I can better operate and enjoy using my phone.

I went into T-Mobile looking to get a new phone. Christopher was the employee who helped me out. He did an amazing job answering my questions and telling me about the iPhone 13 using personal experiences. The process was easy and simple, I walked out with a smile and better yet a new phone! Thanks again!

Our family needed to switch 3 lines and the process could not have gone any smoother. Tom Chung helped us tremendously navigating the process; from making sure our lines were transferred correctly to helping us ensure that promotions were correctly applied to ordering our new phones, the entire affair was as painless as we could've hoped for. I've had to visit/work with other T mobile locations and I can't say I've had anywhere near the same experience.

I would be remiss if I did not highlight Tom's level of professionalism and helpfulness towards my family. He was super patient and super understanding and really just held our hands the entire way so if you're in need or help be sure to seek out his assistance, you won't regret it

Went in tonight to switch 4 lines from another provider! Everything that could go wrong did! Carli was amazing! She was patient, cool, calm & collected! Not only was she professional, her attitude kept me calm! We hit snag after snag regarding my switch of service! Honestly, I truly appreciated how she handled herself & was so sweet explaining everything to my family! Class act all around. Makes me even happier I made the change to T-Mobile.

Chris is so polite and informative! The whole process was SHOCKINGLY easy to get a new phone, and Chris made it super easy to understand and manage. Highly recommend!

Though all the trouble, good employees still exist ; ) After several wasted hours dealing their call center over a billing problem, went to the local T-Mo store out of desperation. Ken S. patiently figured everything out and resolved the problem and followed up with a friendly text. Refreshing to work with someone who actually cares to put in the extra effort for a fatigued customer. Ken's a model employee who should be promoted immediately.

Abraham was super helpful. TMobile has regained my friendship, after their horrible managed Vernon Hills store gave me run around like I've never felt before in my life.

The staff was great...very friendly and engaging. Giuseppe is the man...he gets it done efficiently and well and made what usually is a pain in the butt process actually enjoyable for our whole family. Props to Tino from the Schaumburg store too for setting us up with a great plan. This isn't even the closest store to my house but I'm going here whenever we need anything!

I am updating my bad review with three stars I gave earlier. Turns out, there is a new manager now that really cares about customers. He replied to my comments and took care of the concerns raised by me promptly. It seems old manager and staff that worked at this location has been replaced. The new management is good. If you had bad experience before, you should definitely give this store a try again. Very happy with the response.

When I was having difficulty with my phone Elise and Emily helped greatly as we walk through troubleshooting and we got it all resolved. I had trouble with using the call center so it was nice to have a place to go in person.

Went in today because one of our lines got cancelled out of nowhere. Varo helped us out and had a awesome attitude the whole time. He got everything sorted out in no time no problem and apologized for any issues. Great service and awesome people working at this place!

Excellent customer service from Chris to obtain and activate a new sim card and transfer data. Efficient and friendly!
