I ordered pineapple fried rice with tofu yesterday and absolutely loved it. Service was very nice, I was able to customize my order with no issues at all. Very delicious food with great staff.

Our favorite Thai restaurant. We have been ordering from here for almost 10 years and it is always great. We love the Pad Thai, Fried Rice and Pad Se Ew. Alex is friendly and the service is very quick, portions are large and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend for great carry out.

My new favorite restaurant in Northbrook!! Just ordered take out here yesterday, we got egg rolls, potstickers, shrimp & vegetable tempura, and the chicken pad thai. Everything was DELICIOUS. Very flavorful, good portions, and I loved that nothing was super greasy or heavily salted like most places!!

I really enjoy my lunches from Simply Best Thai. The food is flavorful and authentic. It is always promptly prepared. The owner is very courteous as well.

Quick, convenient, fresh, tasty food. I get one of the lunch specials a couple times a week with tofu and cucumber salad for a side - very affordable and always flavorful. Friendly and accommodating service. I'll happily keep eating here over anywhere else nearby.

This is my go-to Thai restaurant in Northbrook. I usually order takeout, and the food is always cooked quickly, and the staff are very friendly.
The pad see ewe is a personal favorite of mine, especially with tofu! My friend also ADORES their soups, and said the coconut broth based ones are absolutely superb.
I usually order dinner, but hopefully I'll get a chance to go during the day for a lunch special.

Vegan Friendly, but you must request it! I have lived over seas and enjoyed "real" Thai food and this place reminds me of that! I have had several of the curries, pad-Tia, Panang, a papaya salad and they are all very good! Trust me as I do not spend the cash to eat out unless its worth it. Service wise they have always been very nice to me.

This place is wonderful! We ordered delivery and although we were a bit far they offered to deliver to ya regardless. The food arrived hot and tasted incredible! This is the best place for delicious Thai food in the north shore area!

Sometimes you see reviews that make you wonder whether others are reviewing the same place that you're reviewing. I've lived in the area for close to 30 years. Simply Thai must have been here for something like 15-20 years now. I've had Thai food all over the country. Love it. Simply Thai is excellent and, unlike some neighborhood places, consistently excellent.The Pad Thai and other noodle dishes are amazing, the various Thai curries are so aromatic (my wife loves the Panang curry especially), and their chefs make great use of basil (whether in their salads or various entrees). Prices are very fair; portions are generous. In my opinion, Simply Thai is the best Thai carryout restaurant in the north burbs -- and I have quite a few friends and family who feel the same way!

I love this place. The food is delicious and everyone there is nice. There are ample vegetarian dishes and nothing is too spicy.

Shocked to see some of the lower reviews as this place is always tasty and fresh and have been taking out from here for 5+ years.

Having been to Thailand, I know what Thai food is and this is the REAL DEAL! Authentic home-made green curry and the best Pad Thai I have ever had. The Tom Yung soup was delicious. Highly recommend Simply Thai!
