Michael was easy to deal with and looked with multiple different companies to find me a rate that saved me a third of what I was paying. I would recommend at least getting a quote since there isn't any harm in it!

I was upset cause I hadn't received a refund from an SR-22 policy that turned out to be unneeded. So when I called and Maria from the Woodstock location answered, not only did she listen to my issue but also did so without interruption. I was so happy with her customer service for an issue that she was not responsible for.
But not only did she take ownership of the situation , she gave me her word that she would have a response for the reason of the delay which was the underwriting firms fault Monday. She just needed some time to investigate what occurred and get back to me. I must say, it's workers like her that keep customers loyal to the company.

Update: I ended up calling her back to say it was in my mail pile from yesterday and she did not have to investigate anything.
