I can’t say enough nice things about this company! I was unsure where to start with upgrading our built in oven microwave unit. I called Dunnett who referred me to their install tech Scott. Scott came out took measurements and sent me back to Dunnett for the oven. Matt in sales picked the oven that was best for my fit ordered set up install date and that was it. Dunnett delivered free of charge and Scott and his helper put in my oven which was much larger than space for a great price!!! Cleaned up when they were finished and were great company during the whole install. I would encourage all who are local to only work with Dunnett they have all the team u need built into one amazing company!!! I am so happy with everything!!!!!!! I will only use Dunnett for all my future appliance purchases.

We needed a dishwasher and contacted Dunnett’s via text after hours. Their response was quick within minutes despite being closed for the evening. The very next morning we received a reply from with their sales manager resulting in the purchase of a new appliance the very same day with delivery and installation set up quickly. What a great group of people!! From Jack, the owner to Amber, the service manager to Marcey in sales and Rob the service tech (just to name a few - they are all amazing). Always helpful, courteous and professional. I have been a Dunnett’s customer for over 32 years…..I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else!

This was our second purchase and delivery from Dunnett. We bought a refrigerator last year and a gas range that just now got delivered. I have had an all around fantastic experience from beginning to end with this store. I’m so impressed by their price, sales and service AND their delivery men are great as well! I will definitely use Dunnett again.

Needed help with our Maytag dryer. Sent a text and quickly got a response. After process of elimination and a few texts a fuse was the diagnosis. Because of the little cation of the fuse we needed a tech.
Service tech Cody came and within 1/2 hour new fuse was installed and in working order. Cody was so pleasant and friendly, as was text provider. Highly recommend buying local with Dunnetts.

The first time we tried to get a dishwasher through Dunnett Appliance, we ended up having to cancel the order because there was a problem with our plumbing that needed to be addressed. They were totally understanding on the phone and provided me a refund with no trouble. A year later, we finally went back and got a dishwasher. The salesperson there was helpful and knowledgeable and we made the purchase. Their prices are reasonable and I can't think of any reason why I would go to Home Depot or Lowe's instead. If we ever need another appliance I'll definitely be going here, it feels good to support a local business and they have great customer service.

Dunnett’s was great to work with. Called in and told them what I was looking at and they gave me the pro’s and con’s to the washer and dryer set I was looking at and recommended something different due to my line of work and usage. After the first use, my wife and I are very happy with the set that they recommended. Delivery and install was a breeze. The delivery crew was great, respectful, and easy going. Definitely will do it again when we’re ready for any other appliances

In Maine, it can be hard to find reliable suppliers and service providers. We bought our Cafe full suite for our new build from Matt and ordering, delivery and all related went great. Had some trouble with Hood install (GE instructions literally do not show the right hood). GE phone lines are absolutely worthless. Hours on phone with folks who had never touched a range hood. Also had trouble with brand new Cafe Refrigerator within a month. In both cases, Dunnett stepped in to help when GE bureaucracy was sending us in circles.

From day. one, sales, management and service, were all about the customer and when a problem happened they jumped in to assist in getting corrected Quicker than I could have imagined, Everyone I dealt with at Dunnets is awesome and makes sure the customer is taken care of!

Buying our new washer and dryer was an amazing experience. Customer service was A+. After our washer stopped working and we were in a pinch Dunnetts was able to get us our new washer and dryer to our house and installed in a flash! Super impressed with the quality of our new appliances and even more impressed with the quality of the service. Would recommend to all for any appliance needs!

Ordered a refrigerator from Rick at Dunnett’s. Still waiting for that to come but I had gone back and ordered a new GE range and dishwasher on 11/3 and they were delivered today 11/9!!! Tyler and Conner worked quickly to get my old appliances out and the new ones in. They set up and leveled the range. We have to wait on the dishwasher to get an electrician out to add a separate outlet for that but didn’t want to miss the amazing price. I appreciate the hard work of Tyler and Conner and loved that they were really nice. Even chatting up our cat that came out to investigate what was going on. Thanks for the great customer service.

We moved to Bangor in Oct. 2020 and have purchased 2 appliances from Dunnett. We are happy with both. Each time we did buy we compared prices with the Big Box Stores and both were within or exactly the same price. The delivery was free and the fellows who deliver are terrific. Great Customer Service! I bought a new stove, and when it was delivered there were a few small dents in it. One call to the store and a few pictures sent, and they ordered me a new stove and had it delivered as soon as they could! No problems, no hassle! Thank you Dunnetts! The service we received has been outstanding. We recently purchased all new GE appliances through Dunnett’s. We had an issue with an appliance and it was all covered under warranty. The gentleman who serviced the dishwasher worked late in order to get it done for us and we are very appreciative. I highly recommend Dunnett’s.

Our 20 year old washing machine finally gave out and after a few days of me trying to fix it myself, and a growing pile of dirty clothes, I went over to Dunnett's and received amazing service! I ask a ton of questions and they were patient and knowledgeable, helping me pick out a fantastic washer dryer set that we love! Delivery and installation was also prompt and professional! We were looking for a home town place to buy appliances after we completed our Kitchen remodel. We shopped all of the Big Box stores, but NOTHING compared to the feeling you got, when you buy from Dunnetts.
We had an issue with our Ice machine even after it was out of warranty and instead of saying it was our fault, Amber and her team, quickly ordered a new Door and we now have Ice again.
We cannot thank you enough, and will highly recommend you to anyone looking for any kitchen Appliance. I promise you, the box stores would never have treated us this way!! You will always have our business and all of our friends and families as well!!
