The service was honest and trustworthy. I felt the owner truly cared about my car situation and did his best to find me an affordable buy out option for my goals. And being a fulltime student that commutes 117miles per day 4 days a week, I need reliable transportation. They also arranged to pick me up when I became stranded at a hotel after being stranded.

Good rates, easy to deal with, accommodated my need for a large vehicle for a simple beach trip with small children.

Rented a vehicle recently and loved it so much I wanted to buy it and still do. It was a good rental price and the vehicle was comfortable and fit my needs and reliable. The staff are friendly and always willing to help never leave you waiting and always answer your questions and care about the customers.

Wonderful experience! Five stars all the way! Pat has been overly accommodating with my family… (we have been a pain to deal with). Our flight arrived late and he was kind to leave our rental car at the airport and when we needed to extend our rental and he found us a car that could help us get through our stay. Finally he helped us arrange a very early taxi from the agency to the airport! Good, personable and hospitable company. In sincere gratitude!

Had a great experience here. I had rented a car for a month at a very reasonable price but unfortunately had to cut my trip short due to a family emergency. Pat was very nice and understanding. Even gave me a refund for the unused time. Amazing customer service. Highly recommended 👍

Pat went out of his way to get us a car for our one night stay. Gave us great places we had to see and then had his people give us a ride to the airport. We will by back for a longer stay and will definitely come back to his place. Made us a customer for life. Great people.

Been renting from them for several years as I make numerous trips from Florida to Bangor. Pat has always taken care of us and given us great rental rates. Pat runs his business very well and his customer service is top notch. I give them a 5 star +++++.

Both times I've gone to this establishment and rented a vehicle I received the absolute BEST customer service. That's important to me. The 1st car we took on a trip to new york it ran and handled wonderfully. The 2nd time in I got a free upgrade to a van as we had 2 babies and 3 adults so we were very comfortable for our day trip to the beach. Also, the van had incredible gaa mileage I was quite impressed!

I HAVE and will continue to be a loyal customer at this business.. The owner of this establishment is a very nice and kind hearted gentleman Pat!! I had a family emergency and could not return car on time and day it was due and Pat was so very helpful and understanding and he makes everything from the actual paperwork to the return so very easy fast and simple so stress free! Ive already been a repeat customer several times now and will continue everytime I am in maine!!

I really appreciate the service i received from them. They were really kind, comprehensive and helpful. I also fell the trust they got on their clientele and that’s an amazing thing. I only wish they were in more places, that would have been perfect. Definitely going back to them for my next rental

Fantastic Service with Patrick. Super friendly helpful service. Roy was fantastic as well. He picked us up at our hotel and when it was time to end our vacation he drove us back to our hotel. Got me from point A to point B when I was in a bind.

I got to Bangor Airport with a car rental reservation only to be denied from a horrible company with very rude employees due to the fact that I use a debit card, even though I had more than enough for the rental and the insurance to cover the car. Pat and his crew really came through when I thought I would be stranded without a vehicle, allowing me to rent an old Impala with my debit card and a simple license and insurance check.

The best part is that it ended up costing me much less than that other place. I would definitely rent from them again.

We bought our cars from Pat and he takes car of us if we have to have repairs done. They now have a mechanic in site. Nice friendly people.

Third year in a row we rented from them. Very reasonable rates and very friendly and helpful.

Best place to rent on short notice. Owner is cool. He doesn't just sit in his office. All the office people are great well actually all the people here are great.
