If we call we get help right away. We appreciate that. We have nothing but good things to say about our experience with this staff and Allstate the company. We are always being asked why don't we check around for a cheaper rate with a different insurance company. That answer is "why would we do that, when the service that we receive is excellent. And we don't feel that we are overpaying for that service.

Pete and his team have always been very responsive and excellent to work with. We bundle all our insurable assets with them. Highly recommend.

Wonderful people and experiences all the way from the front desk greeting me to the owner Mr. DeSchamp. I called with a very minor issue that could have waited until my agent was back in office but Mr. DeSchamp took the time and did it himself right then and there even after my offering to wait. And the prices are unbeatable for home and auto!

Needed my windshield replaced. The person I talk to took care of everything for me setting up an appointment and having Safelite come to my job to replace my windshield. Great service.

Each time I have had an insurance claim Allstate has handled it professionally, compassionately and best of all quickly. Recently I had a total loss on my vehicle. From the staff at Peter's office to the adjuster, I commend them with regards to their thorough and timely help. I had a loss on my home a few years back. The adjuster wrote me a check in my driveway. We were immediately able to fix our problems, which made a huge difference during that time. The staff at Peter DeSchamp's office responds to my requests almost instantly from faxing a copy of proof of insurance to my town office to emailing me information regarding my account. From experience I know you do not always get this kind of service when ordering your insurance for a cheaper cost from big box online company. Kudos and thank you to and your staff for providing a personal service that is all but gone today.

I almost stopped using Allstate because my last agent office was so terrible they never return my calls they never returned emails and they never help with any of the problems. I'm so glad I opted to just change agents and use the Augusta office instead because this office is always so friendly the instant they pick up the phone.
