Great service! Honest and fair. I called from the side of the road and they gave me an immediate estimate and stuck to it. Phil kept me updated on status and got parts in fast. They got my vehicle back to me sooner than expected and repairs were perfect. Will definitely come back for all future service needs. Both brothers and rest of their staff are great people!

Had some header bolts that snapped off in my heads. Tried everything to remove them myself and I couldn’t get it done, brought it here and they got it done same day!

I was referred to this place in July/2023 for a front-end repair on my 2011 Ford Escape. I needed a baring, control arm, ball joint and brakes. I will gladly tell anyone that is looking for a shop that these guys were absolutely incredible. I got an honest opinion and quote and they even went above and beyond during my experience with them. There are no bright lights or huge advertisements, just some hard working, no B.S. guys with a no-frills kind of business who gained a customer for life. Much appreciated.

They have some of the most knowledgeable mechanics I've ever come across they work efficiently and quickly to solve your issues. Nick was able to diagnose my truck after I gave it a complete tune-up and couldn't find out what the problem was and it ended up being the fuel pump.

I had transmission leak, had a few people work on my car for a hub assembly fix turned into them wanting to save me money to spending more than I needed. Had to buy Dr shaft, transmission fluid hub assembly and because they couldn’t get the hub off they took the whole thing to a shop that could, paid for that too. Long story short. Drove my car for a few days the transmission was leaking bad. A friend pushed the Dr shaft back in -stop the leak for a few days and started leaking again. I went on line, saw that C&S had 25years, took my car there yesterday with all that was done to it they found the problem, fixed it I had my car back the same day. Lesson learned here for me. If I need something else done to my car- I will take it to C&S, they figured out what happened after all that and fixed my car, they are friendly and honest- thank you guys, I’m glad I found you.

Phil and his brother were absolutely wonderful. Over the last three months I have taken 3 different cars for various problems, and ever time I have left happy. they are very reasonably priced and efficient. They do take longer fix the problem because of the small shop and the amount of customers but there price is always below dealership price and the work is always flawless.

The gentlemen at C and S are very knowledgeable and nice! They took care of my car same day. They are priced fairly. I would give 10 stars if I could!

I was very very lucky to find this place 6 yrs ago when I moved to New Baltimore. Service is done on time, reasonable, professional and never have had to go back for a "correction" to a repair. Have refered many family and friends to them who now are customers even if they don't live close.

Best place in new baltimore area to take your car! Bruce, Phil and all their guys working for them do honest, fair quality work. Taken a few cars in for different reasons and always had good work done. Wish more places were like this. You will not be disappointed.

i've been here several times, and most auto places do not treat young white girls with respect but i do not have a single complaint for this one. i went to belle tire for an alignment and they wouldn't do it saying they could only get the ball joint i needed from the dealership and it would end up costing me nearly $300. i took my car here instead and they said i didn't even need a new ball joint and did the alignment for $60. not only that but they always go above and beyond and do little things that i notice as well. my front bumper is cracked and was posing an issue, and they had went out of their way to zip tie it up so it doesn't hit my tire. very satisfied customer, will definitely be going here from now on!!

Very trustworthy! Most places you’re scared at what they’re trying to upsell you on or services that maybe you don’t necessarily need, but these guys are great! They will give you the synopsis and tell you the full scope of work that’s needed to be done but they will also tell you that perhaps you can get away with only part of the work for now. They are not in it to empty your wallet. these guys are great!

This place is wonderful. I called in the morning and they were able to get me in and fixed my breaks that day. I needed to get to work while they worked on my car so they gave me a ride which was very kind. Overall a great place!
