Best medical care facility

I have never had to leave a bad review. Ever since IU health has taken over this Enkei facility it’s been nothing but disasters. As you can see, the two reviews before this have been 5 stars. The previous company in charge was a BEAUTY to work with. Even if they had bad days, they never transmitted that to the patients. They have a temporary working there, her name is Barbara and she has been the rudest person I have ever encountered in the customer service world. My parents had a couple of appointments I needed to reschedule, unfortunately the dates that she gave me didn’t work out, so I asked her if she could please keep them for the original date. She huffed and puffed, and said “omg” okay. Nothing more. I didn’t know we hired those types of people. IU health and their people need to do better. Those types of people are putting a bad reputation to a good name.
