Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The service was efficient and warm/friendly. The food coming out, what I saw, looked great. Mine had plenty of topping; they didn't skimp on the ice cream either. My order was a milkshake & a Blizzard & it was ready so quickly, especially for as busy as it was.

Melted ice cream in the sundaes. Instead of being charged for the 2 for $5 they charged for each sundae separately. Manager sent email saying she was sending a gift card to cover the mistake but she lied. Never got the card. BEWARE

My food came out quickly and was exactly what I ordered. My dog, wife, and I enjoyed the outdoor seating area.

Just ran in for a quick bite to eat. And they were very fast at getting my order out hot and fresh.

Local landmark. Family run and loved. Can be busy after school with local school kids. Staff is super patient with them. Good place for kids to learn to place orders and handle money. Ice cream/chill dessert variety is extensive. Ice cream cakes stocked for off the shelf shopping. Fast food grill items hold their own against the neighboring fast food chains. Good for lunch, dinner and ice cream treats.

I always love coming here. The staff all function like a family and are always respectful and kind. Had a lunch date with my mom today and the food was excellent. Now I'm ready for a nap, but have to go back to work!

Where the community comes together.

Ordered an ice cream cake for my husband's birthday. Quick and easy over the phone order. Cake was exactly what I wanted and was a great cake. Used to eat at Dairy Queen frequently when I worked downtown. Fast/efficient and good food on top of it. Would recommend!

After placing a order through Door dash, I was missing more than half my order, after several fails attempts to reach door dash for refund I contacted Dairy Queen and spoke with Brooklyn. This girl went above and beyond to make it right, she not only brought me my order but gifted me a gift card and also. I have cancer and had a stroke and not able to drive. Customer service like this doesn't exist anymore. Truly refreshing

Great food and great service. The staff at this location seem to be a bit quicker than other locations. There isn't much of a wait, even during lunch rush. I enjoy this location since it's downtown and you can have a great view while you're eating. DQ is one of my favorite fast food places and this one never disappoints.

Best DQ in Columbus. One uptown is always out of something. Always something happening so I recommend the one downtown. Never seems to be a hiccup so that's my opinion. Merely an opinion. Ice-cream is always good to top it off for the evening. Meet me at DQ. Not literally, I'm talkin commercial.

Had always been a town favorite and long standing icon within the community. No better fast food place in town to grab a sweet treat or a fresh meal. Staff is always well trained and ready to go. This location has been aroind almost 60 years and will, without a doubt, be around for 60 more.

I love this DQ..why? The people. How did they hire the nicest crew all at once? It's busy a lot but the staff never forgets to say thank you. Last Saturday I took my 81 yr old mother in law for a cone. I left my purse in the car with her and was short. The girl said don't worry about it. . I said I have money in the car.. no don't worry.. THEN walked with me with my 2 cones to deliver the treat to my sweet passenger since my hands would've been full.. I insisted again pls let me pay the difference. She said no. I love this place.
