Hotel Indigo Columbus Architectural Center, an IHG Hotel

Very nice hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful . I really enjoyed their "pet ambassador " Trip. It fun to see him and be able to pet him. You cannot go wrong staying here.

Hotel indigo was the perfect stay for us. The beds were comfy as were the pillows. We loved that the rooms didn't have any carpet. Excellent stay and the hotel dog Tripp was the perfect touch. Made it feel like home.

Beautiful rooms, good coffee, great bar. Our bed was so incredibly comfortable.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and organized. It was easy to get to all of the nearby destinations by foot due to the great location. I did not purchase any food or drinks, so I am unable to provide comment on those amenities.

Great beds, clean rooms. The hot water didnt get very hot and the soap is a terrible green color, but otherwise good place to stay.

Spent my 21st birthday at the bar with John and had a blast talking about tennis and various sports! Can’t remember the name for the life of me but ask about the drink with hard truth coconut cream rum and chocolate syrup, it was awesome!!

It’s the best hotel in Town. I stayed in few hotels in Columbus, IN before and this one is the best so far. Stuff is really friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfy. The Pool and Hot Tub is really nice with the salt water in it. Gym is standard, but well maintained with always refilled towels and hotel is just 1 min away from a park that You can do cardio during nicer days. Water dispenser is pretty fancy with sparking, cooled, hot and alkaline water to choose from. Overall really nice hotel to stay with - 100% recommendation.

We stayed here on Saturday 3/4. The front desk person was fast and courteous. We had a room on the 4th floor facing downtown, overlooking the post office loading area. The room was nicely decorated, clean, and the beds were comfortable. Although one of the box springs seemed to make a lot of noise when you moved at all in the bed. And of course we got to meet the cute dog that lives in the first floor of the hotel.

Location, room, front desk and housekeeping were all excellent. Really nice top floor corner room facing iconic bridge and courthouse. Walked downtown and across street to park along river. Only thing I didn't like was the strong scented Bath and Body soaps. So, I used my own. Stayed Good Friday 2023. See indie film "Columbus" before visiting and you'll feel like you're in a movie.

Amazing stay. This is my fourth time in a Hotel Indigo, and this location fully lives up to the hype. Love the creativity, warmth, and amenities of this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The gym and pool are better than many other brands at a similar price point. Breakfast was hardy, with plenty of choices. This hotel is close to a charming downtown area full of shops, eateries, and entertainment. We are delighted to have stayed here. Glad this is part of IHG’s portfolio.

Spacious, well appointed rooms. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Housekeeping is excellent. Love the location - can walk to a dozen restaurants and plenty of shopping in the downtown district.

Beautiful clean rooms wonderful friendly accommodating staff in this boutique hotel. Also great little restaurant. One thing is if you’re short or somewhat disabled, the beds are very high, although when I questioned the concierge about it, she found us a room for the disabled with a lower bed.

Our stay was very pleasant and the front desk was friendly. The rooms are exceptionally clean and it was peaceful and quiet. They do a very lavish breakfast, better than Hampton Inn or Marriott. All in all it was a great find and would stay here again.

Across the street there os also a nice park with walk paths and some very close to the river that goes across it

My extended stay at hotel Indigo Columbus has been the best ever! Staff are super helpful and friendly. I love my room and feel safe no matter what time of the day or night that I return. The hot breakfast is good. The pool room has been my respite... I'm hoping to get in the fitness room soon. I love the ability to walk to local parks, food and small town fun in just a few blocks. This hotel is less than an hour from Indianapolis. There is a premium outlet mall one exit away. My absolute favorite thing about this hotel is their love for your fur babies. As clean and quiet as this hotel is I am amazed at the number and variety of dog breeds and parents I've met. Great job Hotel Indigo...I'd recommend anyone I love to spend time here!

We had our Wedding there and they went out of their way to make sure it was the best it could be. They did all of our food and setup and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious! Me and my Wife HIGHLY Recommend Hotel Indigo for a venue or just a friendly welcoming atmosphere. It is a really nice Hotel and the rooms are awesome. The cleanest Hotel I have ever been to. Thank you Hotel Indigo and all the staff who made our Special Day even more special!

Best hotel due to attention to details. Beautiful property between a great park with 2 lakes, bridges, trails, and the other side is a walkable downtown. Great bartender and staff, full snack selection, goldfish that can stay in your room, 12p check out, board games, nice group sitting areas, clean large accessible room and accessible paths to park and downtown. Most hotels have removed amenities blaming the pandemic. It feels like this hotel took the opposite approach by doing a little more in every way they could imagine. Very cool.

This was my second stay in this very fun and trendy hotel in quiet downtown Columbus. Recently spent five nights on the road and stayed in four hotels - this one was the best over-all. Clean and quiet. And, there's a complementary continental breakfast bar (nice selection, but the scrambled eggs were chewy). We were really sad to learn that Miles the Lobby Dog had passed away the day before out stay. The front desk staff also gave us great recommendations for local restaurants (there are more than I expected in the town of this size).

Staff was very friendly & accommodating. Breakfast was made to order & delicious (included). Room was clean, bed & pillows were comfy. It was stocked with proper toiletries. I only wish their would have been a fridge in egg room. The indoor pool & hot tub are excellent amenities! The bar/ eating area was beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay again. It's a great location - walk to bars & eateries & less than 10 min from Edinburgh outlet mall.
