I have been a patient of this practice for decades. I have always had timely appointments, plenty of face-time with my provider, and shared decision making regarding my health. My Chart question responses are almost always the same day. I think they are great!

Kristen Druan, FNP is a phenomenal medical provider. I've been able to call outside of appt times with concerns needing addressed and her assistant usually gets back to me same day. They always answer my questions and Kristen is very thorough and supportive;pleasant,non-judgemental and will go the extra steps to try and secure what I need if its in her ability to do so. I am so glad I moved to this practice from elsewhere in the greater Bangor area. I highly recommend her as a provider.

I see Dr Bartlett, she explains all diagnosis conditions and treatment, she answers my questions, and she schedules follow ups as needed. Only one detail i would change, and that is the length of my appointment, I've been told my case can be a challenge, and I have found that 30 minutes is not near enough, I would like an hour! Thus far I have never had enough time with her!

After 5+ years of being a patient, I've had enough. From constant misinformation from the front desk, to canceling more apts in a row than I can count to uncompasionate doctors and nurses. I'm so disappointed. I feel mistreated. I do not feel comfortable seeing or recommending
another provider from this practice.
