The Laundry Basket

This was my first time ever using a laundry mat and Wendy was so sweet! She walked me through the process and gave me a lot of helpful insights navigating the process! I really appreciate her help! Very clean, friendly, and helpful!

Clean facility. Friendly service. Great prices. Nice music & plenty of seating. This location could really benefit from a couple more larger washing machines. Highly recommended & will continue giving this company my business.

Our washer hasn't been working and we decided to save ourselves some time and headache by getting the full service here. We were told 24 hrs but it was much faster and everything was beautifully folded and organized. They took better care of my laundry than I do! Really impressed with the level of service, especially for the price. They are also very friendly and the facility is very clean. We can't afford to do this all the time right now, but it was well worth it. Would recommend. I'm very pleased. They even got some tough stains out of our hand towels.

Prices are high, but so is quality. Helpful staff, should you need it. High tech, takes cards and has free wifi. Clean and respectable inside, machines are clean, new and shiny. Clearly we'll maintained and totally deserving of a visit.

Great service, lovely staff! As a college student I wish it wasn't so pricey. I love how the place is set up, plenty of space to fold clothes and carts to help move clothes from one place to another.

Very clean, friendly staff, variety of machines, always open machines, and so much more! It’s a great place to do laundry and also sit and get things done or relax and read a book 🙂

AWESOME Place and very clean. People are extremely nice and helpful. You can watch TV or have a snack and even take a quick tan.

This facility is so well kept and clean the crew that works here are all pleasant to be around and their washers and dryers are big and there not expensive to do your laundry

Had a good visit to the laundry basket this morning. With college ending, it was time to tackle the past semesters' worth of laundry. I was lucky enough to meet an owner, she was very kind and gave great customer service. The facility has a front and back entrance for easy access, extremely clean facility, plenty of washers and driers to handle any amount of back laundry. Overall, great experience, family friendly, would recommend!

I've been in Bangor since May now. First just for work but have since moved here. This is the best laundry business I have ever used in any of the states I've been in. Always pleasant and never a wait to get your things done.

While on our road trips, we use self service laundry. What a pleasure to find this place. IMMACULATELY CLEAN! Ample number of varying size machines and vending. Attendants present and very pleasant/helpful. Drop off and delivery service, tv, and wifi.

Super clean, air conditioning is fabulous in the summer heat, and customer service is superb!

This is absolutely the worst only laundry facility I will use in the greater Bangor area. The staff is always helpful, it’s clean, they have great hours, cost is comparable to most other places, and in my experience I’ve never had to wait even on busier days. Not to mention it’s close to other amenities, so I can quickly run out and do grocery shopping or take care of other needs without worrying if I’m going to make it back in time before my loads finish. 10/10

I travel all around the US in my van, and this is possibly the best laundromat I've experienced. Great prices, card payment for every machine, and spotless. A great place to get laundry done!
