I had a great experience working with Jeanne to sign up for a Medicare plan. She is very knowledgeable and provided me with detailed information which assured me that I signed up for the best plan for myself. She was kind and patient with all of my questions. I have great piece of mind knowing I can stay in touch with her in the future, especially during the Medicare enrollment period, when she can update me on my existing plan and possibly other plans that may be a better fit. I am a very pleased client of Mike Lewis. He has provided me with excellent guidance for all my decisions related to health insurance. Austin was great right from the get go, glad he's my agent. This was the first time in my life that I had to buy health insurance in my 63 yrs. He give us options and at no time did he pressure us. He let me make the decision and showed us the best bang for the dollar. Big thing is to know they charge you nothing they get their commission from the insurance company. We had some questions always returns calls and he is there for you. Highly recommend!!!!

My husband took out a Medicare Advantage plan 20 years ago when Jeff Warren was with United Health Care. During this 2024 open enrollment period I just wanted to make sure we understood the policy before it automatically renewed. Luckily, we received a letter in the mail from Jeff at his current place of employment, so I called him with the hope of finding a better, more comprehensive plan. Not even Medicare itself was able to explain things so clearly and the added plus that Mayo Clinic accepts this plan took the weight of the world off my shoulders. I would like to thank Mike for stopping in at our home fin order to review our existing coverages. As usual, a very informative meeting. I'm sure everyone else gets all the junk mail telling how their coverages are so much better each year. I contacted Mike Lewis after meeting him during an in-house instructional seminar at my senior apartment complex.
