I have worked with Matt and his team for over 15 years and they have been great. I have also worked with Amanda on our auto, home and life insurance needs and she is excellent and very responsive (usually gets back to me on quotes in just a few minutes). I would highly recommend Matt, Amanda and the rest of this team.

If you are looking for a good insurance agent, look no further. Matt is bar-none, the best. He and his team have exceptional knowledge and advice for any situation you can think of. He and his team has always been prompt and attentive to any change or request. He is the type of agent that you keep for life. I recently was in my first auto accident, I had no idea where to begin Instead of going through the at-fault driver's insurance, I took advantage of the option to go through my insurance which is State Farm. He provided me peace of mind which was very important to me considering the stress the accident caused. In the end, my car was a total loss and I had to buy a new vehicle. I’ve been a customer of Charlie and then Matt Holtebeck for nearly 30 years now and they have always helped me out when I needed them. Whether it was handling auto claims or the time the refrigerator gushed water on our hardwood floors and we needed new flooring, they got things sorted out quickly and to my satisfaction. We are currently renovating our kitchen and I need to replace some of that flooring. I did not have the flooring type in my records (and neither did the flooring company since it’s 15 years old), so thought I’d try a long shot and see if Matt could help. He was more than happy to help and was able to send the receipt with the information I needed in less than an hour! Unbelievable! I highly recommend working with Matt and his team.

Jim was amazing to work with! We were with Esurance for years and they decided to stop covering homeowners insurance so we were shopping around. I looked online at State Farm and filled out the online form. The next day Jim called me to set up a time to talk, but we ended up just talking right then! He was so friendly and took the time to explain everything to me. We ended up getting a better price with better insurance on both our auto and homeowners through State Farm. Jim was easy to reach when I had follow up questions and even called our mortgage company right away to get paperwork sent over. He was absolutely the best! I would recommend State Farm and I would highly recommend dealing with Jim!! He’s the best!!

Matt has been such a helpful, amazing insurance agent for the last... I’m not even sure how many years - probably about 9 years? When I’ve needed help finding a company I could trust for various fixes or repairs - whether it be a body shop or a carpet cleaner or a plumber, I can count on him to have a recommendation. When our basement flooded, I texted him and he answered my questions and even came over to help out. When I got in a (minor, but still scary for me and my kids!) car accident, he was the first person I called - even before my husband 🤣. He’s helped us in so many other situations, I couldn’t even list them all.

He’s knowledgeable & professional, but also has a kind heart and really WANTS to help people. I’m so glad to have him and his office on our team, helping us through some of the most stressful moments we’ve been through. We trust him without question and we’re so grateful for all of his expertise and willingness to help.
