Dennison Exterior Solutions & Gutter Topper

I returned to Dennison for more gutters after having a good experience with them for a new roof after purchasing my home in 2020! I found the same ease of contact and good follow through on this smaller job. I am happy to say the basement is dry through all this Michigan rain and I will look to Dennison for my needs as they arise in the future!
When the job was bid, Bruce explained to get the dirt in first! See the picture. That 10 gallon can was filling from the corner of the house! Now I have a gutter buried out into the back yard.
At install, my guys recommended turning this gutter out into the yard and had it done almost immediately. See picture.

Everything about having Dennison Exterior Solutions install gutters and needle guard on our house was exceptional. The sales person who quoted our installation was knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. The installation crew was skilled and efficient. The experience with Gutter Topper was fantastic.
The initial visit to do an estimate was clear, detailed and very easy. He took the time to explain the advantages of the system and how specifically it would work/match with our roof lines and shingle colors. There was no pressure to sign up now to get the best price. They gave us time to review and discuss till we were ready.
The people that did the work were friendly, professional and experienced. The weather was horrible on the day to begin our job, but they still worked long days, making sure everything was done correctly. They even answered our questions before, during and after the system was being installed.
The follow up was also easy. When we had questions afterwards they were answered promptly and in detail so we were clearly satisfied.
We’ve had plenty of rain since the system was installed and they have worked very, very well.
We are so very happy we made the investment in our home to go with Gutter Topper and Dennison.

Provided excellent customer service. Walked me through the entire process, and the products used. The installers met with me prior to project start to discuss what was being installed, and how long it would take to complete. Excellent warranties for the shingles, winter and ice guard. Provided video example of how their ridge vent product moves air through attic. Excellent price in my opinion of foil heat barrier throughout attic. Took the time to cut the barrier sheets to size and shape around attic rafters and objects in attic, the best that they could. Lots of pictures provided of the beginning, middle, and end of the project. Great price for replacing entire roof, but left the decking as it was still good condition. Also replaced two old windows and caulked the old sill, where there was exposed wood. The crew even used a large plywood piece to cover and protect the plastic cover for my basement window when they throwing debris off my roof. An excellent detail to protect homeowner property. The crew also installed flex hose to a unattached bathroom fan vent in the attic. They attached it to a new vent box in the newly installed roof. Even though it was not requested at the beginning of the project. Good customer service.

I had several quotes done. Sam the Install Manager did the most through inspection during the estimate process. He was the only one who actually looked in the attic and verified ventilation needs during the estimate process. When Scott provided me with my estimate, I was very straight forward on what my price range was and what I hoped to accomplish. Scott worked with me to get as much work done as I could, and the value in craftsmanship was well worth it. The crew worked through a week of rain and then the hottest days we had all summer. They covered every last detail, and my pup made a couple new friends. It was very satisfying to watch the first hard rain come down the new roof, over the gutter-toppers, and smoothly down the gutters. We also added the attic insulation and I am looking forward to it's performance this winter.

A year or so ago we had Dennison install a gutter topper on our house on the front side. It has performed so well that we had Dennison come back and finish the rest of the house gutters. Their installers were professional and quick, but very conscientious and careful. I highly recommend Dennison for your gutter needs.

Dennison Exterior Solutions & Gutter Topper completed a small gutter filter project for me on a section of my home that was difficult for me to reach. The whole process was very organized and smooth. The installers showed up right on time and completed the project quickly and thoroughly. It was a small job but they treated me no differently than if it was a major project. I would hire them again in the future should the need arise.

After much research, we chose Dennison Exterior Solutions & Gutter Toppers to replace our 26 year old roof. One of the main reasons that we chose Dennison is that they were one of the few companies that advertised a complete solution, including new roof, gutters, downspouts and Gutter Toppers. All communications with Scott Dennison and Sam, the Installation Manager, were very fast and extremely thorough. A very comprehensive inspection was initially completed, including accessing the attic. Numerous photos were taken both in the attic and of the outside of the house. Additionally, a drone was used to capture a detailed overview of what the project would include. A considerable amount of time was spent explaining proper ventilation and the changes needed to have our project be in compliance for warranty certification. A detailed explanation for all stages of the project was provided along with the quote and before the work started. They were able to schedule the project much faster than expected, and complete all parts of the project in only a week, using the same hard working three man crew. All the work was completed in an exceptional manner, including the necessary clean up after various stages of the project. The results look great and will provide us with an installation that will last long into the future. We highly recommend this company for any project that falls within their extensive list of capabilities.

This is my 2nd roof in 5 years (two different homes) that I've contracted Dennison for. It was a quick and easy decision for us the 2nd time around due to the professionalism, responsiveness and quality of the work done the first time around. He and his team communicate well and often. The pricing will not be cheapest in town however the quality, workmanship and service professionalism is the best in town, hands down, by far.

Scott and his team were excellent with our roof repair! From the estimate to the repairs everything was explained to us and work was done timely. The crew doing the repairs were professional and did a very thorough clean up. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone!

5 stars for Scott Dennison and his roofing crews! When we needed a new roof I made calls to numerous roofing companies looking for quotes. Scott was one of only two that returned my phone call...and he was first. When Scott arrived and examined our roof, he sat my wife and I down and explained in great detail exactly what needed to be done and the process he and his crews would use to get us there. (I now know more about roofs than I ever thought I would.) From his breadth of knowledge and the exacting detail he went into it was readily apparent Scott knew what he was talking about. But could his crews cash the check Scott was writing? The answer to that question is a resounding: YES! Luis (the foreman) and his crew worked our roof like a well-oiled machine. There were some weather issues (ours was a winter job) but those were the only issues. Not only was the roof expertly done but Luis and his men took extraordinary care to make sure nothing on or around the house was damaged and their clean-up after the job was done was a thing of beauty. During the project, Luis answered any questions my wife had and Scott made numerous appearances to insure the project was running smoothly and quality checking the work. My wife was so impressed with the work they did and how they did it, she bought the entire crew gift cards. (She's a retired manager and is not easily impressed but Scott and his crew impressed her!) And in case you haven't picked up on it yet...I was out of town during the entire project...but it didn't matter. Dennison and company did a first rate job even without me looking over their shoulder and that, to me, speaks volumes about Scott and his men. First rate work, no supervision required. Once the roof was complete and the clean up accomplished, the Gutter Topper crew got to work. A little back-story is in order here: My wife and I moved to Michigan a year ago and during that first winter we noticed HUGE icicles hanging from the roof right over the front door. If one of those icicles dropped at the wrong time it could, quite literally, injure someone was my thought so my ears pricked up when Scott mentioned the Gutter Toppers had a heat option. We went for it and this winter, thus far, the roof has been completely icicle free (and not a single leaf in the gutters either). 2021 edit: During a wild and wooly winter you can really see the difference the heated Gutter Toppers make. Scott Dennison and his team at Dennison Exterior Solutions & Gutter Toppers have recently completed a roof replacement on our home. Some reasons for choosing them to do the work included: their emphasis on the importance of good ventilation for maintaining the integrity of the roof over time, that their installers are certified by the shingle manufacturer, and that the roof system comes with an impressive 50 year warranty, which stays with the house if the owner changes. We have some experience with roofing systems and during the initial meeting with them we were impressed by their knowledge, and the emphasis on roof modifications that would get the ventilation right.
Other reviewers have described the process and attention to detail that was part of their experience with this company. Our experience was comparable and we are well-pleased with the exceptional experience we had with them.
Luis and Patricia were the primary crew members on our job; we are grateful for their excellent work and their attention to the details.
The quote from Dennison was a bit higher than others. However. the end product included a high quality installation, a competent and professional business relationship with their company and an excellent warranty. Altogether, the higher cost was more than justified for us.
Without hesitation we would (and have) recommend this company to neighbors and friends.

This team was awesome. I was out of town and the contractor hopped on a FaceTime with me and walked me through the work prior to doing the job. When I came home, everything was done perfectly. The seamless gutters are an awesome upgrade to what we had before. And we have already noticed less water pooling around the house thanks to the pop ups.

We are very pleased with our new roof from Dennison Exterior Solutions. Scott, the owner, helped the entire process to go smoothly. He gave a presentation to show how exactly his products and installation would give us the best quality roof. Work was completed on time and as promised. After the new roof and gutter guards were installed, Scott stopped by and used a drone to double check the work. He found one small area that needed repair, and the foreman of the crew made the repair that weekend. This company keeps its word and goes above and beyond. We feel great about the quality of our new roof.

Dennison came in under four other estimates I got. They were able to complete the project very quickly, and when they came out they found an earlier, improperly done job that they corrected with no charge. Very responsive. Their idea for the repair saved me thousands of dollars in foundation work!

We are very happy with the finished product. There were a few minor glitches with the scheduling, but they worked extra to adapt and get it done. The supervisor was even working with a sore ankle, and still made sure to complete the gutters. We really noticed the difference in our house with the first heavy rain.

In the fall Dennison replaced the leaking roof on our home in Stevensville and put covers on the gutters. Scott and his son walked me and my wife though what to expect and made sure that they explain the options available to us. The contractors that came to the house were professional and kept us informed of their progress and of delays. They were at the house when they said they would be and they did the work the way that they said they would. I was so glad we picked Dennison. If you need roof work done then these are the people to hire.

From the estimate by Bruce, to the gutter installation by the crew, and then to the final inspection by Scott, it was a job well done. No leaks, secure to the home and visually appealing, I am please with my gutters and the teams’ professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Dennison again.

We are very happy with the end result of our new roof and gutters from Dennison Exterior Solutions. We found the price to be reasonable and in line with our expectations. Scott promptly answered our questions by email which was easier than trying to catch each other by phone. Due to the rainy spring, our project took longer than we expected but it wasn't a problem. Each day, the crew only removed what they could re-cover in a day so we didn't have exposure or leaks during the process. The crew was friendly, approachable, and respectful of our property. At the end, Scott provided us with stunning photos of the new roof taken from a drone.
