Culver’s

We don't go to Culver's much so not as knowledgeable about the menu. Chris the cashier was great... taking the time to go over things and cracking jokes and we were comfortable with what we ordered.
On a side note, I went to the bathroom and a very young employee was cleaning the bathroom.After washing his hands from dealing with the garbage, he saw a piece of tissue on the floor and picked it up/put in the bin...washed his hands again. No complaints and friendly. Great training and hires.

Place was hoppin and the food was boppin…two lane drive through and three counters to order from and all lines were filled and we still got through line and got our food quickly. Very impressive! Food was expensive, but they are using quality ingredients so to be expected.

Out of all my Google reviews I have completed, this was the first establishment that earned 5/5 in every category. Overall, Food, Service, and Atmosphere were 5/5 on this day! All other reviews had at least one "4/5" at best. Go, Culvers!

I describe the experience that day, followed by the food I loved. Then I share the golden moment - the efficient atmosphere - and future plans.

😀⚕😀THE EXPERIENCE THAT DAY

🇺🇸Now, about the actual service and cleanliness of this Stevensville, MI, US, Culvers - both 100%. They had a bewildering long line when I entered at 5PM. Bemused, I started reviewing my iPhone. Happily, I was shocked and joyfully surprised that the line was processed and I was ordering at a rate that was at least 500% faster than I would have expected! The popular restaurant served the inflow of customers with efficiency. I was impressed and grateful I was eating in about 10 minutes.😀

The young man who served me at the register was one of many of the efficient, organized, and clean high-performing many-person Culver team members. His fellow coworkers certainly helped him out! But they all created a tremendous synergy about the effectiveness of this restaurant's food science. I tipped him my normal amount, ate some fries and took my food home. Okay, I scarfed plenty of fries in the restaurant and curds in my parked vehicle before heading home!

Again, this is a fabulous restaurant.

🐟🧀🫙🍟THE FOOD I LOVED

I present what I ordered and if I liked each of the 4 different items,

1 North Atlantic Cod Sandwich😍
1 medium Wisconsin Cheese Curds
4 Boom Boom Sauce
1 medium Crinkle Cut Fries

🐟The North Atlantic Cod Sandwich was succulent, flaky, tender, juicy, and with a crunchy amount of lettuce and epic bun. Utterly superb fish sandwich, here! Possible lifetime fish sandwich favorite.

Cheese curds were just really tasty. Much more of a rich comfort food than a mozzarella stick - which is saying a lot! 😀

Boom Boom sauce it is just a spicy, tangy really nice sauce. I ordered too much. 2 is plenty.

Crinkle cut fries. Wow - the most simple, yet so perfect fry. Culver's really has the fry-time and light oil consistency down to some kind of science. With fancy fries the rage these days, the simple fry masters crunchy exterior with soft interior and the crinkle cut texture is the necessary icing on the cake. Simple perfection.

🥇😀🥇THE GOLDEN MOMENT - The Efficient Atmosphere

I must conclude this section with the marvelous, orchestrated team. They were like a symphony of restaurant, cleaning, cooking, serving, employees Kudos to that team there. Kudos for mastering food service efficiency.

🇺🇸I marvelled at all the sub-teams of food service workers - some cooking, some taking orders, some taking orders out to vehicles, some cleaning, some replenishing beverages in the lobby, some working the drive-thru orders - all working in efficient and friendly unison. Tonight Culver’s was slammed with a large number of customers flooding in at dinner time, but the restaurant -- with efficient cooking line, service, team cooperation, and cleanliness -- felt like like relatively no wait. And the food was the best! Way to go Culver’s for keeping it clean and marvelously efficient!😀

The restaurant has decorations of trophies and restaurant achievement plaques to one side. In the middle has clean tables and diverse beverage selection. Very beautifully clean. Thank goodness!

FUTURE PLANS

1. Definitely a repeat. Likely mostly the same meal.😀

2. Half as many boom boom sauces!😀

3. Likely DINE THERE Imperatively eat all of your food hot! The restaurant is clean and spacious. The food is literally the best hot - at Culver's this is true more than any other restaurant chain I know of. Dine at the restaurant! Next time I will aim to do that (and photo my food) because I'll take time to enjoy my delicious food more!😀😀😀😀

I am very impressed with the service. Did drive thru, 2 lanes quick service ordered 2 fish combo 1 shrimp & cod sandwich. It was hot & and delicious. The best ever. Personnel pleasant with a 😃 😊. I'll be back.... Thank you!

Our order was a bit mixed up but we did get all of food, which was very good. The soup was hot and tasty and the custard was delicious. We chose to eat outside where there were the usual patio tables but there was also another area that was a beautiful park like setting that I've never seen at any Culver's before. Really impressive!

They really take the time to be friendly and seem to actually care about everyone. The food was Great and the service was excellent. I recommend you to try it out at least once, you might like it.

Culver’s is amazing! Top 2 on my list.
Concrete mixers chocolate ice cream with chocolate cake peaces is one of the best ice cream I had, a real treat.
They serve quality fast food such as chicken fingers and cheese curds.
We even get a puppy treat.

Awesome family burger and more joint with tasty custard desserts.
It was a big family visit, so the kids had kid meals. The adults had burgers. I had the pork loin sandwich with onion rings, all freshly prepared, and I got to try cheese curds. Interesting to me but cheese lovers will love them.

We drove through on our way out of town. I like being able to order face to face rather than through a speaker. The order intake person was friendly and efficient. After paying we were directed to an angled parking space to wait for our order. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was hot and bagged so the cold items weren't touching the hot food. Everything we ordered was correct. My fish plate was outstanding. Perfect amount of batter on the fish, with good seasoning and two lemon slices. I had just had teeth extracted so being able to eat tender fish and mashed potatoes felt like heaven to me. My husband got the crispy chicken and fries and both were good.

They are always busy when I go. Butter burger and Reuben is my normal purchase. I like the fries and strawberry shake. Being so busy they get us out in a decent amount of time. Always friendly. Parking us good and location is convenient fir me. Meijers and Autozone are right around the corner.

I started working here back in May and I don’t regret it one bit.
I’m treated well by management and the owners.
Employees have great attitudes for the stress they endure. Overall I love the atmosphere and the job itself. I highly recommend the food and potential employment especially for teens-young adults!

I love this place! They make it so easy to order, either right at the table ON YOUR PHONE, or online, in the drive thru, or at the counter. The staff are almost all super friendly, and VERY helpful. Also very knowledgeable regarding their food. And let's just be real here... CONCRETE MIXERS!!!! lol

Diana was a very pleasant person to talk with while we had lunch. She is very personable and enjoys what she does. She is a valuable asset to your team.

My first time at a Culver's. I ordered a butter burger and it was delicious! It came with cheese, lettuce, pickles, onions, etc. The fries are thick crinkle cut: crispy outside and fluffy inside. I had yummy, creamy root beer too! If you like Smashburger style beef patties you'll love this burger.
Edit: I forgot to mention that they sanitize tables and seating between each customer. The staff is efficient and friendly too.

My first time here. We were home visiting family and stopped for lunch. We loved it everything was really good.

One of the best burgers I've ever had in my lifetime. I can't talk about this place enough. Fast service, friendly staff, and the food is just awesome. I've been hooked ever since I first went. A must go to if your in the area. Trust me, once you go here, you'll definitely be back.

I’ve been to In-n-out, five guys, shake n shack, and other fast food chains that supposedly has the best burger but I can say with full confidence none of those places have as great a burger as Culver’s. This place in particular is splendid. Better service and nicer workers than any Chick-fil-A. The cheese curds are great and flavorful, and the shakes and custards and mixers are amazing. If you never had Culver’s, you need to try it. Freshest ingredients there is.

Always incredible food every time I have it. Decided to try their cod fillet sandwich to see if it lives up to the hype... And it totally does. By far the best fast food fish sandwich I've had so far... My only regret was not buying a second one. If you haven't tried one yet, be sure and do so. Slay make sure to get some of their shaving cheese curds while you're there!
