Andrew took care of us! He went out of his way to make sure we had an enjoyable visit for my nephews and I. He even brought out a little hot caramel for the apple slices in their happy meals. He really made our visit stand out from other McDonald's!

My teacher canceled class and we all went here. Probably like 20 teenagers walked in at the same time. They were really nice and didnt get irritated. We got our food pretty fast for there being so many orders.

Since July of 2022, I have worked the morning shift part-time at Berrien Springs McDonald's Restaurant rolling breakfast burritos. Our new owner JNKO really cares about customer satisfaction. We all do! The food is always fresh-cooked, made-to-order sandwiches and such. We have proper procedures for everything. It's a fun place for senior citizens, teenagers, and young adults to learn to work together as international restaurant crew! Very sleek, modern dine-in lobby. Free WIFI.

I had to go through the drive thru 4 different times because I kept using my rewards up every order I placed for each of my children. They got to know us very well and laughed alongside us when they kept seeing our new order pop-up as soon as we picked the one we just ordered prior, up. I enjoyed the people we had yesterday. I hope we made your night, you helped make ours! Saving money is what I love doing. Thank you for being patient with my family. ;)

I had a fantastic experience at this McDonald's, where one of the employees provided exceptional customer service. His name is Scotty Baggett, and I truly appreciate the outstanding work he did. Scotty's dedication and professionalism made my visit memorable, and I wanted to take the time to share this positive review.

In general, I was satisfied with the service. but then I realized that I need to say if something is not enough in the order. and I was given another such order as compensation. well done guys

This newly renovated McDonald's is very nice. Even though they are short staffed, as many other places are, the people here are nice and helpful, being cheerful despite the situation.

Best customer service I’ve ever witnessed in my life & I was a manager for Burger King for 6 years and even ran my own store. The 3 employees that worked tonight were awesome. I did not expect to get so many laughs. Just stopped in to get some drinks and left cracking up with my friend. Simply amazing. Best 4$ ever spent. I highly recommend if you’re having a bad day to stop in. Nothing but smiles & positivity there.

The service was great. Great attitude of the employees. What I'm torn about is the fact that the employees aren't allowed to buy food for the homeless. Luckily for Greg I was there and bought him a meal. If you have a heart like mine then contact corporate and give them a piece of your mind. I know I'm going to!

Honestly haven't been to a McDonald's in a while due to bad service. Stopped in berrien Springs and the young woman taking my order/money was very kind and welcoming. When I got to the second window to pick up my food it was waiting for me and EVERYTHING was in the bag and still hot when I got home.

I went to the drive thru on this visit. The ordering process went quick but I had to wait a while to get my food. My order was correct and hot. Overall not a bad visit.

Classic McDonald's experience. Drive through is a little slow at times, but it's the most convenient and quickest in town.

The food was alright, but it's the service that earns the 5. A customer came in irate about her order and the manager handled the situation beautifully. Calm, cool, and collected. She earned the 5 today.

I did an online check-in order and received super fast service, my food was all fresh, and the servers were all pleasant. It was a great morning stop.

The service ice was quick. I had kids in the car and they didn't have to wait long for their shakes even at 8:30 at night.

Had an apple strudel and blueberry muffins and very fast service. Their coffee is the best. I hope that they keep the treats on the menu.

Waited about 20 minutes to get my drive through order ready but thank you for working late.
