Absolutely.Great place to shop great selection of meats,, The food in the deli is absolutely delicious, especially The fried chicken.

Unless it's on sale most of the groceries you can purchase tend to cost a little more than the other grocery stores in the area. They do have great sales though and I usually am very happy with the bakery, produce and meat departments choices and quality. I hardly ever have anything less than great customer service here as well

They have great produce, a bit expensive but you do get what you pay for. I don't necessarily take advantage of their point program as much as I should but there are good deals if you choose to. I feel their bakery foods are solid and done well, produce section is top notch, their international sections could be updated but I suppose sufficient for the clientele. Their wine and beer section is also top notch and every so often they sell expensive wine at sale prices which is always nice.

As others have pointed out, the customer service is amazing! Levels and levels above other box stores you may be used to.

I recently made a change from Meijer to shop here full time, and it truly is a far better shopping experience. Every employee is helpful, kind, and professional, and they do not have that "not my job" mentality. They actually care about customers and it shows.

And the big, big thing for me is they actually have personnel staffed at the checkout lanes. One to unload and scan, and one to bag and put back in your cart. You don't have to jump in and work like OTHER PLACES... That means something to me. If I must spend money, I would like to enjoy the experience as much as I can.

They greet people, remember faces, and overall give a very personable experience.
The pharmacy staff is fantastically knowledgeable, and has helped me through navigating insurance issues, as well as going over possible interactions between vitamin supplements and medical prescriptions..

Nice clean store. Well stocked. The produce department is well maintained and fresh. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable of the store. The deli is second to none for the area. Floral arrangements readily available. Having a Starbucks, salad bar and eating area inside adds to the shopping experience. Yes their prices are not always as competitive as say Meijer or Walmart but there's a price for quality. Maybe not your place for large grocery bills or if you're budgeting for a larger family however they do have decent weekly specials.

I don't usually go to Martin's, but today I stopped by to grab some eggs because the location was more convenient. In the parking lot I noticed an egg was missing, and stood there looking at it for a moment trying to decide if I should go back in. Just as I decided not to bother, and employee approached me and asked if there was anything wrong or if the eggs were broken, and when I said one was missing they ran back inside an grabbed me another egg. Great and friendly customer service!

I don't have Martin's near my house- so I make a point of going when I'm in the neighborhood. The selection is great. They usually have what I am looking for in the seafood section. The beer section is decent.

My first time up in Michigan, was surprised by the good products at martin's.

This is literally the best grocery store I've ever shopped at (and I've shopped at a lot). The staff (especially Rachel from Groceries to Go) is so friendly. Everyone is always willing to help with a smile on their face. It is so refreshing!
