McDonald's

We went through the drive thru to get breakfast. And not always is everything just right as we ordered it, but on this day, everything was perfect, and nice and hot..

I go to McDonald's all the time to get caramel frappes and proceed to work but due to the frappe machine being down all the time I don't get breakfast and I don't get coffee I wish that they would resolve this problem is been going on for almost a year Saint Joe and Benton harbor both McDonald's frappe machine's does not work! I know this they've lost a lot of business for me because I go there every morning Monday through Saturday faithfully and sometimes during the day just to get a frappe and then I end up buying something else but it's their loss!

The manager was having a great day. We loving it! I wish my hometown McD was fun like this.

There comes a time in every man's life when he needs to take a look at himself in the mirror and wonder how exactly he reached such a place.
You have to truly ponder what decisions you have made along the way that brought you to the place of your final reckoning.

It is still unclear, even to me, why I purchased an egg and cheese sandwich.
What drove me to purchase such a thing? What part of my soul felt so empty that I thought an egg and cheese sandwich could fill it?
When I look into the boundless depths of my own loneliness, I see a pool of deep reflection. My face isn't there. There is no face. There are only tears in that pool, tears of shame, loss, and confusion.

If it were up to me again, I know I would purchase it in a heartbeat. I know I would load it up and eat through the countless calories so I can have a single morsel of eggy cheese goodness, which is readily available anywhere.
Yet, despite the abundance of egg and cheese sandwiches waiting in the ether, I still chose to purchase this egg and cheese sandwich here and devote hours of my life to it. That time will never return to me. It is lost, just like my soul.  And just like the time itself, I fear I may never find it again.

There is something broken within me, something that desires sensation beyond my reach, something that whimpers every single night with the knowledge that there is no true egg and cheese sandwich. It is merely an illusion.
In my pursuit to find meaning in this long life, I sought the colorful lights and sounds of a world that only exists in a pop-up window on my computer.

I am unsure what the moral of this review is. I am unsure about my place within the universe. All I know is that no amount of egg and cheese sandwiches can cure the vast rot that has overtaken me.

We have tried several times to order on Sundays around 10:30 and 11 AM. They pretty much close the drive thru and restaurant up. Once we waited in drive thru for twenty minutes. They would not come to the speaker and we were stuck between cars. When they finally did start taking orders the nice lady told us she was sorry but her manager would not let her take orders until they switched over to lunch. We have tried to come before or after that time since then and if the kiosk is working we can order our drinks, grab our cups, fill our cups and be on our way.
Today we got there at 10:30 my husband went into the restaurant, the drive thru was lined up and wasn’t moving. The kiosks were all shout down and people were waiting at the counter but nobody was being waited on. We left and came back at 11 the drive thru was slowly moving but after waiting over 10 minutes and another customer inside being told he was just going to have to wait. We left again.
We live very close to this McDonald’s and so it is convenient to go there when we are actually able to buy something.

Update:
I decided to try McDonald’s again this Sunday at around 10:50.
A totally different story. I went in ordered on the kiosk, grabbed and filled my cup and was on my way. The drive thru had 3 cars pulled up to the windows and nobody was waiting to order. Later in the evening went through the drive thru to get some sandwiches. I was waited on right away with a pleasant cashier. The food came in a reasonable amount of time and that lady was pleasant too.

I went to get takeout after a dr appointment, and the lady was very friendly outgoing and made sure my order was right.

They were extremely short staffed, but order taker apologized and made it known so you could choose to wait or go elsewhere. Food was honestly made better than I'd ever had! They actually cared to make their food fresh and attractively!

Wow! All I know is there was a lady taking money in the drive through. She reminded me of my grandma.
She had the BIGGEST SMILE! How sweet that wasd and made our day!
Food was good too, but really loved her smile and service she gave us!

As a delivery driver, I got a order from this McDonald's. As I was about to pull in, I see just about the whole crew walking down the street laughing. There had to be a walk out. I unassigned the order immediately. Cars were to the street in drive thru. Later, I got another order, and a crew I've never seen before is working. These must be the Navy Seals of Mcdonald. They didn't have a phone in thier hand and they were getting the job done. This is how it's supposed to be! This is what a franchise owner wants. Good job to that crew!

It's hard to say if this McDonald's is a completely rebuilt restaurant or a remodel. Either way, this is one of the most modern and nicest McDonald's I have been to. The staff was very courteous and the manager was ensuring the food was being prepared and served quickly. While eating, I noticed a crew member walking around the dining area with disinfectant spray constantly cleaning tables. As soon as someone left a table, she was there cleaning it for the next use. This McDonald's also has the kiosk which you can order menu items or a specialty order, however; the kiosk was not operational yet.

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese it was cooked and presented very well. The fries were the right texture and not over cooked. When I ordered, I was given a table number and when the food was ready, a crew member brought it out for us.

As long as this McDonald's continues with the service they exhibited during my visit, they will have returning clientele.

Thanks for a great morning. Nothing like good food and friendly service during the rain. I wish this young mans energy was contagious!

Very busy restaurant.Everyone was very nice. Play area was nice and clean along with the restroom. The food was delivered soon and was nice and hot..The gentleman that delivered it to my table was very nice and asked if there was anything else I would like him to get for me.. We like going here because it is so clean and the workers are so nice.

They never want to make Frappes

This time it was hot and order was correct. Usually that's not the case but I have to admit when they get it right. Thank you.

Awesome job! We even asked for well done bacon and they did it! It was such a good start to the day tbh the workers were quick but efficient! Good price for good food
