I wanted to give a shout out to Adam who helped me with picking up my online order of a new grill this morning around 7:30. Customer service has struggled since the pandemic and he knocked it out of the park! Really appreciate the help with loading the grill in my truck as well!

This store is always clean and the staff is very helpful. Jen from cabinets helped us design our kitchen remodel and order a bunch of cabinets. We truly couldn’t have done it without her expertise! She was patient and answered all of our silly questions throughout the process. We’re renovating a big house so we’ve come to Lowe’s almost daily and have always received the help we need. Thank you so much!

I wanted to leave this review on the QR code reviews for employees, but unfortunately my receipt didn't give me the required 18 digit code to do so (probably because it was a delivery order).

I wanted to leave this review specifically for Mark C. Although I had at least 5 Lowes employees help me (two others at the pro desk, one at self check out, and the check out manager), Mark C was the one who spent the most time with me and organized all the attempts to fix the problems with my order. Mark was more persistent than I was, and thought of at least four different ways to approach the problem. He was kind and thoughtful throughout, and also pretty funny! If I could have given him a rating in that review system, he would get 10's across the board

I appreciate all the employees that helped me today, but Mark C. is an employee that you want to hold on to. If you encounter him in the store, know you are in good hands.

I shopped at Lowe's in Augusta, Maine, to pick up some ice-melt for my driveway. Sara was so helpful to find where it was. Ken and Jeff brought out a whole pallet, just so I could buy one bag. All three were so polite, and didn't act bothered at all. It's nice to know some people really do put the customer first. 👌

I love this Lowe's! They're always so helpful and nice here! They almost always have whatever it is that I'm looking for! You can get pretty much anything and everything that you need for home improvement whether it's inside or out! Plus some extras that you wouldn't have ever thought of!

Purchased a new refrigerator and stove from the Augusta Lowes on Nov 11, 2023. It was delivered on the day it was supposed to be, no problem there. The delivery did not go as it was supposed to however and they left us to hook up both the stove and the refrigerator. As I understand it, they were supposed to hook these up, to make sure they worked. The display on the stove did not come on when we hooked it up.... however the burners did. PANIC sets in as we are 4 days before Thanksgiving and I am hosting my extended family for dinner. I am left now with a stove I can't use as I can't turn on the oven with no display. The next morning, I go down to the store and ask to speak to the manager. Her name was June.....she not only was very professional but did everything in her power to get me a stove delivered before Thanksgiving! Great job to make this right, not only her, but the gentleman who worked in Appliances was also very helpful. He worked with me on other choices as they did not have my original stove in stock. High five and a job well done to June and her crew! Thank you so much!!!!

Tim from customer service was amazing. He was so helpful and kind! He even came over and helped is cut some chain! Peter at the self check out was just a kind! Thank you lowes for.your awesome customer service

Fun home improvement store. Lots of extra, clothes, candies, bird feeders and seed. Always friendly sales associates.

I love Lowes. With our military discount, we even get better discounts. They are alwayshelpful of you need help with anything from locations of items, checkout & if we need help with our items loading our vehicle.

Lowe's has always been a good store for homeowners, unlike Home Depot, which caters to contractors. Lowe's is much cleaner too!

We stopped to look at lawn mowers. They have a great selection of lawn furniture. They don't have any flowers yet. But, the tables are set up for when they do arrive. There is always a great selection of tools, kitchen appliances, rugs, tile, flooring, paint, gas grills, lighting, and lumber. They have a lot of different store and restaurant gift cards available to purchase. They are located not far from the interstate exit.

I was replacing some plumbing in the main bathroom at our home and needed some advise. Thats when I ran into a Lowes emplyee named Francis who knew his plumbing. An older gentlemen who worked in the plumbing department. He patiently helped me and pick out the parts I needed and through in a handful of advise. Thank you Francis for your help, it all worked out and the bathroom sink is up and running again thanks to you. Sadly, I tried to leave a comment for Lowes management about my graditude for his help but theres no where to leave a comment for employees who go above and beyond the call of duty.. So I wrote in the review section instead. So, heres a big shout out to Francis in plumbing at Lowes in Augusta ME.
